DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Despicable company, they obviously have no shame. I ordered a beautiful, stylish pink jumper costing approximately 40 English pounds. What actually arrived after about 4 weeks was a completely different jumper, or should I say a 'rag'! Rust coloured orange and a completely different style! I first saw the pink jumper on Pinterest and stupidly thought that Chinico would be reliable because of it. Chinico website is useless, the link to contact them doesn't work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I sent back a parcel to Chicnico to the address they provided for returns which happens to be a place in CHINA! I thought they were in the US but no, if i had known this, i would never have ordered from them. However, the parcel was posted 1 month ago and i paid for 'tracking and signed for'. I did not get a refund after 3 weeks so i decided to find out why. I sent them the tracking number but got an email back saying they can't track it, it's untrackable? I got in touch again with royal mail online which clearly indicates that the parcel was delivered to the address in China and that it was signed for. So now what? Has anybody had this problem with delivery to China or with this particular company. They seem totally untrustworthy and i regret ever going to them. Their clothes are of very poor quality and are all copies of what you see on their website. VERY misleading and fake. I now am waiting to get a response from them about the fact that they need to check with their staff as to who signed for this parcel. They only provide a telephone number in the States! I think? Live Chat does not appear anywhere on their site even though they invite you under 'contact us' to use it. It sounds like a very disorganized company/warehouse. Don't trust them. Stay away.

I also wished I had read the reviews before placing my order with Chicnico. THE WORST. I ordered a sweater and it arrived looking nothing like the picture. They do not respond to any emails and I had to open up a PayPal claim to get some sort of response. PayPal wanted me to return the sweater however shipping back to China with a tracking number ranged between $82-$136. Not worth it and now I'm stuck with this ugly sweater. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I just sent back 2 sweaters that looked nothing like I ordered. It cost them $5 to ship to me but I had to pay $35 to ship this garbage back to them. EVERYONE WHO ORDERED FROM THEM CONTACT THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION! It's illegal to sell clothing in the US without a label! WE NEED TO SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN! Contact Amazon, Pinterest, Paypal, Microsoft, your Credit Card Company anyone who helps this company operate. They are counting on all of us NOT returning this junk to them! I sent the package back USPS and took a pictured of the package with the postal stamp to prove it was sent and contacted their customer service and let them know I have a photo of the package and expect a full refund WITH the cost of shipping included. I ordered 3 bathing suits and 1 bathing suit top none of which fit like the sizing charts. The materials are cheap and overcost. I tried to return my suits and they said NO returns. It is a ripoff. ANY REPUTABLE BUSINESS will return their articles. It also took over 30 days for the shipment to arrive. I thought that the order did not process! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. BAN THEM FROM THE NET!

It's been a month and the tracking number they gave me for USPO says that the package has not been received by them yet. They say they are still putting the order together. When i have ordered from amazon for anything, they will not charge my account until the order is shipped. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH PAY PAL! They send the customer the money, and when you complain that Chicnico says they can't cancel even though it has not been shipped, pay pal shoves it back off to you telling you to demand a refund. Well guess what? They have no intention of giving you your money back. But they will give you a 15% off coupon and an apology hoping you are stupid enough to send them more money again, and wait forever! Pay pal gives you no payments for orders over $100.00 for 4 months~~what good will it do if that is how long it will take you to receive your merchandise? Do not order from these people, and if Pay pal treats their customers this way then maybe you should consider ordering though some one that wont send your money until you get your goods!
