I rodered 2 sizes of the heart sweater in black and white. When it came, the buttons were so cheap, one was cracked...AND there was "maybe" 2 threads to hold them on.
So I reviewed them and they wouldnt put my review online b/c of what I said--so let me put it this way: WHERE do you have these cheap sweaters made?
So disappointed in my favorite store. I ordered a grasshopper green chiffon top that looked so cute but when it arrived, I found out sleeves were like dolman attached to side of shirt and looked ugly. You couldn't tell that from their pics. Then to top it off, they o longer have free returns during COVID-19 and it cost me $7.00 to send a very lightweight shirt back. Email rejected as their mailbox was full and live chat didn't work. Obviously they are struggling and not delivering the go, d standard service I have always had.
Very disappointed as still waiting for order from 25th May with no help with when my order will be shipped. I have messaged numerous times as they are Birthday gifts and I gave time to receive the order. Its an automated response which has informed me it was suspended then will be sorted then no date can be given. Its been paid for and using Covid19 as the excuse is nnot suitable. My worry now is for a refund. I don't mind if I'm told the items are not available or given correct dates I have never written a bad review anywhere so shall I put my annoyance down to the Covid19 situation!
I've always loved Chico's for their quality, stylish, different type clothing and accessories. Youo can always count on them to be ahead of the game in fashion. AND, you won't always see the same type clothing wherever you go
I ordered a pair of black pants that were on sale. The purchase hit my card. Chicos said I received the order via USPS. It was never sent to me. I physically never received it, and it was never sent, according to USPS informed delivery. I contacted Chicos and the money was returned to my card. However, this is so shady, I will never order from them again.
I love Chicos clothes! But I ordered 3 items online April 20th and did the free 2 day shipping and I haven't gotten them yet. I needed them for an event on the 29th and sadly I had to go to to a different store to find something else. Don't think I will be ordering on there website ever again.
I go to chicos store ******* a lot and can't say enough good about them especially Michele. They go out of their way to help you find what you want. They want you to try things on so they can get a feel for what you look good in, and they will tell you if they don't think it looks good on you but if you really want they will sell it to you. Try then one time and you will love them. I'm 78 and get compliments on my clothes all the time and I don't dress like an old lady or a young chick.
Tried ordering online a few times because their store is over 1 hour away. Pants sizes all over the place and not consistant. Store has limited styles and sizes
While shopping at Tanger Mall in Gonzales Louisiana, I was asked to leave the store because I was not wearing my mask correctly. I explained to Mrs Brenda that I have a medical condition that keeps me from wearing mask. She shook her head and motioned to the door. I will never shop in Chico's again!
They used have a quality product, but seems as they've come on hard times, the quality has really fallen. I only got a couple of wears out my sweater before the fabric started to tare. I tried to return it, but they wouldn't accept it because it was beyond the sixty day return date.
I was in Chico's, Northlake Mall, Charlotte, NC 5/11/2022 and I must say, Jill & Ann helped me tremendously! It was morning on a week day and the store wasn't very busy yet so I felt as though I had them both to myself. I tried on several long dresses, some in both a 1 & 2 and decided most often, I need a 1. They were both very honest, which I really appreciated! When something is too tight or too loose, I want to know it. I ended up purchasing a pair of navy crop pants, which I needed desperately. I'm a Chico's girl so based on the friendliness and honesty of Jill & Ann, I will return to this store in the future & tell my friends about them.
I have shopped at Chico's for years and have loved their clothing. HJowever, this past year I purchased white jeans and a maroon top from them. When I wore the outfit, it started out looking great... however by the end of the evening my white jeans had turned pinkish maroon. I contacted customer server twice by email with photos and then I actually wrote a letter and sent photos to headquarters of Chico's customer service in Florida. Long story short I NEVER heard back from anyone. NOT EVEN A PEEP to say, we got your correspondence but we cannot help you! Amazingly NO RESPECT for their loyal customers. I will never shop there again and will make certain to tell everyone I know to do the same.
I don't know even where to start! What a way to run a railroad as they say... ordered over $200. And they would not deliver the merchandise. When I went to find out... no one answers the phone and no on chats! What horrible customer service! So, beware to the buyer! Over priced merchandise and rude company!

All my clothes are from Chico's. I just bought a top and it has a hole (front and centre). Chico's won't exchange because it's been washed. I have never had this problem before,. Very disappointing.

I'm surprised by all the negative reviews about customer service here. Yes, I also had an issue with an online order this summer... it was ordered and charged to my card but never came. I called and they immediately re-shipped the order and refunded me the difference in price since it was now on sale. That order came in 10 days or so... yes, it takes a while, there is a pandemic and I imagine many CS employees are working from home. Cut them some slack! Their clothes are stylish, sizing is consistent, for the most part, and quality is good. They have a wide range of sizes and they don't make shapeless tents like some other retailers who target the "mature" women's market. Their Girlfriend ankle jeans, which come in several different denim washes, some with embroidery, plus at least one or two trendy prints each season, are my go-to jeans - the fit is consistent and they don't sag or bag and they don't shrink if you wash and hang to dry. I'm still a loyal Chico's shopper and I will stick with them during this difficult period. They offer free shipping to Passport members, but I look forward to shopping in stores again, too, their sales staff is always helpful and friendly.
I purchased Chico's pull on capris in almost every color. I tried them on and they felt fine. I noticed they were Made in China. I did not wear them for awhile because of Covid. I went to visit my family out of state last week. I wore my first pair of capris and within minutes they stretched out so much that I had to keep pulling them up. They were so uncomfortable. I used a big pin to try to tighten the front and they just stretched out more. The front was baggy, the seat was baggy and I couldn't keep them up. All of the pants were the same. When I got home, I contacted Chico's to see if I could exchange or get a credit. Since I had worn a couple pairs of them once and had washed them, they would not do anything. So, I spent a lot of money for pants that I cannot wear or return or get anything else. I had no idea they would stretch out like that. Very disappointed in Chico's and their customer service.
Chico's has the worst customer service, website and processes imaginable. I spent 2 hours trying to order pants for my MIL. Trust me, if it hadn't been for her I would never have done it. I certainly won't do it again. First, the discount that was supposed to occur at checkout didn't happen. That required 3 different phone calls to actually get the credit. I'm still not sure I did. Then I ordered the pants to be picked up at a local store which indicated they were in stock. After placing the order, I got a message with 50% of my order having been cancelled. I then had to call back to have the entire order cancelled and start all over again placing more calls to get the discount, verify that the pants were actually in stock at another nearby store. I then had to call back to get someone to send me in writing that I would get the discount because it did not appear on the invoice. 2 hours later I was livid. I left some feedback and received a "I'm sorry but we strive to provide great customer service." Who gives a rip about what you strive to do. You don't. This place won't be in business for much longer with this kind of nonsense. I will never, under any circumstances, order from this place again. If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would.
15 days shipping time from shipped date because they use the famous usps method that takes forever. Tracking is also very unreliable. Will use Amazon in the future.
On May 29,2020 I ordered the warm toned paisley Bateau-neck pull over sweater along with two other items. When the order came in the sweater was not there. There was a note that said it was on back order. I called about it and was told that more was to come in and it would be mailed 6/28/2020. I checked my email to see if it had been mailed. It had not. I called again on 6/28/2020 and was told they didn't have anymore of these. WOW!
I must say that if they can treat a good customer this way then I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANYTHING ELSE from them.
Answer: I'm not sure what Chico items you are talking about, but the majority are made with a material that easily washes and doesn't need ironing. In fact, you can pack a lot of their clothes and take them right out of the suitcase and wear. Maybe you are not buying the correct tops that go with your body. I would suggest when you go in the store is ask for assistance. They have shoppers for their customers that coordinate outfits and can pick out clothes that will look amazing on your body. Try that and then see how you feel about their clothes. I know I sound like I work for them, but I don't. I'm just a frequent customer that loves their clothes and sales and what their clothes do to my body.
