Don't trust Chico's to be able to followup on packages supposedly labeled correctly but delivered to the wrong place. Order placed July 8, re- shipment still delivered to the wrong place. Writing this as I'm on hold again waiting for a supervisor.
Chico's on line and our local Chico's outlet in Lincoln City, Oregon continue to provide excellent customer service. The product is always first rate, the prices are reasonable with wonderful sales, and the local customer service is excellent. Thank you for keeping our local outlets and stores open! Online is great, but actually seeing the product, trying it on, and being waited on makes shopping fun! Thank you!
I paid for expedited shipping and after 5 days, it's still marked as "ready to go". This is a persistent problem w/Chicos. They did refund my shipping charges but they refuse to contact FedEx and deal w/the issue. I told them on chat that it carries more weight when it comes from a merchant rather than a customer but no dice. I was told "I have assisted you" ie. I've done as much as I want to. I've also received items w/stains on them and perspiration marks in the armpits of tops and if I returned them through the mail, it took well over a month to even acknowledge that they received the return. So I had to go to the nearest Chicos and return it in person. Chicos has pretty nice clothes or I wouldn't bother to shop online but their customer service is deplorable and rude. It's this last experience that has made me seriously consider shopping elsewhere.
I used to be a loyal Chicos spending $300 - $600 everyone I came in. I've been making the same complaint about Chicos for 2 or 3 years. Get back to what worked for you! Quality fabrics at value prices! We customers know when the prices are way too high for the quality we're buying and we're no longer buying like we used to. Somebody in your Corp office is not listening to us. We want quality like we used to have with Chicos. I would be glad to visit a Chicos store and give you feedback on specific items. Put together a group of people to do this... but people who know what they're talking about. I used to be a dept store buyer years ago and I know " the feel" of fabric and details is important. Let's get the old Chicos back and be successful!
Beware of the quality of merchandise at Chicos! I don't know about you but I expect clothing to last past 60 days.
I purchased "the so slimming girl friend ankle pant in a size 0.5. I had another pair in a different color that I had purchased previously and recently I had to keep pulling them up as they were sliding down. Assuming I must have had bought a size 1.0.
To my surprise the ones I bought previously were a 0.5.
I checked the waist band against the new pair and the waist was now 2 inches bigger. Originally they fit.
I took it back to the store in Houston Tx and the manager did agree they had stretched but because it was past 60 days would not alter or refund. Obviously I had to return the pair I just purchased as I do not buy close to only wear 60 days. I emailed Chicos & no one bothered to respond.
I have noticed since Covid that your catalog lacks diversity of races. Because of this, many clothes featured are not complimentary to light skinned people. I would like to see the white race come back into your catalogs, otherwise I will start looking else where. No I'm not a bigot, this is the truth...!
What is with all the sleeveless golf shirts this season? I absolutely loved your past golf shirts and own most of them. Not this year. My purchases are down overall this year at Chico's. Not liking the styles!
I'm so happy to have a Chico's in Paducah, Ky. The ladies are so friendly and helpful. They text or call me when they have new arrivals that they know I will be interested in. The manager is wonderful and such a hard worker keeping her store in such great shape. Thanks to all the employees at this store.
Will never never never shop chicos online, or probably chicos at all again. Ordered in november sale, not on backorder, and wont be here by xmas I'm sure. So much for those gifts. Customer service is non-existent. Save your blood pressure.
It seems there's been a big shake up at Chico's and they are going back to a time where quality mattered more.

I purchased jewelry from Chicos 1.5-2 years ago as accessories to a couple of outfits. They have a good selection of jewelry and I have probably bought six or 7 pieces over the past two years. One piece in particular I really liked and have worn once or twice a week for about a year. Now, its silver plating has completely worn off the chain changing it from a silver color to a bronze/copper color, completely ruining the piece. (I never slept with the piece on or allowed it to get wet). I brought it back hoping to replace it. As you can imagine that was out of the question and they were rather indifferent about the whole problem. Their jewelry is expensive but as a jeweler later told me, the silver plating was very thin and poor quality. Chico's certainly did not stand behind this product and the product was poor quality. I understand their need for a 60-day return policy however I expect better quality from Chico's and customer service when quality is below even basic standards

Placed order ******* order tracking shows no info so called customer service the day it was supposed to be delivered, morning, a lady said if I dont get the item by the days end, i should call and they will refund the money and I will reorder. When I call in the evening spoke with Brittany, she says No, I have to wait 10 Business days before they can return the money. I can go ahead and reorder pay shipping again, if I want but chicos, due to its poor customer service will not help. Usually when there is no info on tracking, something happened to the package. I am going to complain to my credit card and dispute the amount. Total garbage company if it was bed bathbeyond, or DSW or walmart, they would help me with reorder and return immediately. LOWES also has this poor service.
I went to Westwood Chicos Seattle. The saleswomen that day was rude. Didn't help me with sizes or anything. Yes I came in after work dressed in old jeans, she obviously didn't think I could afford the clothing. On my way to the dressing room was informed the slacks I was carrying were $79 as if I couldn't afford them. If not for needing slacks for a dinner I was going to I would have told her what to do with the slacks but I did purchase them. Will not return. She was an older mixed race women just stood behind counter watching every move I made, there was a young girl who was nice to me as leaving she invited me to your fashion show the next day, but no way. I have money never been treated like that and I am 61 years old.
I have noticed that holes appear in fabric after 2-3 washes, I like the styles but I purchased two shirts in January 2022 and Feb 21 2022 when I put the new shirt on after washing it already has holes in them. I am still wearing stuff I bought 10 years ago but their new items should be considered disposable wear once and throw away
If I could give them zero stars I would. Last Christmas I ordered my mom a gift and upon opening it she discovered that it was not what I had ordered. She had to drive it to a Chicos near her for them to believe that they had messed up on the order. Then I ordered her a birthday present recently and due to an error on their end it could not be delivered and is now in route back to chicoos. Not only did they miss her birthday but then they accused me of putting in the wrong address which I have proof that I did not. They're remedy was to offer me a 20% off coupon. What a joke. I shop online all the time and they're online experience is by far the worst I have ever encountered. I will never be ordering from them again
I want to warn you about this company's customer service, which I call customer disservice and here is why:
Calling customer service was pointless: I was put on hold forever; online chat did not work; by emailing customer service to correct the problem, I received a most incompetent response a week later and two more really bizarre replies within the following two weeks. I was charged a $7 shipping fee, which was supposed to be waived during COVID-19 and while the stores are closed. On top of it, I was told by a customer service rep that I was charged a sales tax on a returned item. Isn't it obvious that no sales tax should be withheld on a reversed order since the order was annulled? Unfortunately, this company does not abide by simple accounting rules...
I'm not shopping Chico's as much as I used to, especially for shoes. It's very hard for me to spend $139 for a pair of sandals that have not much to them and that would slip and slide off your feet.
I find much nicer ones, comfortable ones, and prettier ones at DSW for as much as $50 to $60 less. And a huge selection!
I looked at a pair of traveler pants that were quite expensive, for piece of polyester...no pockets, etc...just pull up and elastic waist. I actually needed them for leg surgery for the looseness of the material and the ease of pulling off and on day I'd be going home. The EXACT same day, I went to Marshalls and found the exact same pair, to a T, couldn't tell them apart... by different maker, for only $10! I was thrilled with my find.
I purchased a pair of shoes that did not fit.
They were extremely cheaply made with no marking in the shoe.
When I emailed to get a return going, they wanted a picture of the shoes. SO I sent that 2xs. Then they wanted a picture of the label in the shoe which they are none anywhere. So after 12 emails back and forth, I am giving up. They are telling me to give to a friend because the shipping is s much and I would lose it.
I will always remember to check reviews before I by anything..
Ordered an item; received confirmation complete with order number, had my payment agency debited for the full amount, waited for 3 weeks and finally sent an email requesting an update on the status of my order. I was told the item was now out-of-stock. All this AFTER I received confirmation, 3 weeks later.
It is unacceptable that I had to call THEM - customer service is nonexistent - believability factor nonexistent!
Will I ever order online from them again - uh - I seriously doubt it!
Sue, at West County Center in StL, helped me with the purchase of two jean jackets using the best coupons available. She offered to have jackets shipped to my home as I live 50 miles from the store.
Answer: I'm not sure what Chico items you are talking about, but the majority are made with a material that easily washes and doesn't need ironing. In fact, you can pack a lot of their clothes and take them right out of the suitcase and wear. Maybe you are not buying the correct tops that go with your body. I would suggest when you go in the store is ask for assistance. They have shoppers for their customers that coordinate outfits and can pick out clothes that will look amazing on your body. Try that and then see how you feel about their clothes. I know I sound like I work for them, but I don't. I'm just a frequent customer that loves their clothes and sales and what their clothes do to my body.
Answer: Its pretty easy. Just call. But sometimes you will be on hold for awhile.
Answer: The fit seemed good until I wore them once. They stretched out so much and so fast that I was pulling them up all day. It was so uncomfortable and I contacted them to see if I could exchange or get a credit and they would not do it.
