My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.

I was nervous ordering from ChicWish after seeing it on social media for so long but I finally decided to try it out and was not disappointed. I received all of the pieces I ordered in two separate shipments. Everything is good quality and very comfortable. I will definitely be ordering again.

Customer service responded quickly to my email to let me know I would be receiving two shipments when I originally did not receive everything in the first order. I was quite pleased with the response time and as told, the remaining items showed up about a week after the first shipment. No problems!

I was looking for a warm wool skirt to wear to an outdoor event in autumn with a nice long sleeved top. I ended up not caring for the pairing of the two, but they both work paired with other clothing I own. Will purchase from again!

Everything was exactly as it appeared online and fit well. Shipping takes long since it's international, which I didn't realize when ordering, but everything got here. The one shirt that didn't fit I thought would be tough to return, considering the international shipping, but there was a US address for returns, which made things very easy.

The clothes are really cute design and the quality seems great.
The only con is that the shipment took a while to arrive in America, so give your order a lot of lead time.

Their customer service is very responsive and helpful too.

I would like to see confirmation and tracking improved. It too several emails for me to get information I needed. Also if a product is coming from china it would be nice to know upfront so expectations on delivery could be more transparent

The delivery process took way longer than I thought it would and was delivered in two different parcels, the second one taking much longer than the first. The skirt is nice and I can wear it but it's definitely tighter than expected after going for the XL-XXL option. I'm a size 16 and always size up when online shopping to be safe but it didn't really make a difference in this case. I'll be returning the dress I got as it's way too see through and the sleeves are so short and tight it doesn't look good at all.

I love the clothing, but if something does not fit well, it is a pain to make any returns. I had to return a few things last year and I ended having to pay $15 for each of the items I returned. Now I am more hesitant to order because of this high cost

The items I received were a perfect fit, which was very nice.
I liked the materials as well.
However, a few items were clearly not completely new, there was cat hair on the wool, and stains in a dress.
I complained about this with customer service and they handled this very nicely. It leaves me content about the whole shopping experience at ChicWish, even though at first I was a little disappointed.

Because of the faults in my order, I received 30% of the original price back, which was nicely handled I think.

After about 2 weeks with no word of the order being shipped, I reached out via email to ask if there were any issues with my order. It turned out that one of the shirts (1/3 products) wasn't available yet and they would need to ship it from another distribution center. I wish they would have emailed my to let me know earlier. Other than that, the product is exactly the quality I hoped for. Just a little too big. I'm hoping that the return/exchange process isn't too difficult.

I love the style, quality and the great prices. I did have to returned half the order due to poor sizing or quality issue. Many of the clothing are size small/med and med/large which is difficult to judge if it will fit well.
Note: the quality issue was not with the fabric but with an ugly seam on a shirt.

Would like to see petite option, and more photos of people wearing what they've bought. Not everyone notes the size and their own height and size in feedback, perhaps these could be mandatory tick boxes when providing feedback, even a range wpuld be useful.

I was able to get my correct item without any real issues, so I'm satisfied. I just took off one star because I would've liked more updates after I placed my order but before my item tracking number was sent to me. I had to reach out on my own to customer service to make sure there were no issues with my order after a week or so of no tracking number and no order update emails.

They got back to me pretty quickly with a general update saying my order would be sent out soon.

I am happy with my products, however I'm not a fan of the customer service because I can't even talk to a real person. And the shipping was a little rocky as well. I got one item on its own, and then it took 8 days for me to get the other 3! Wasn't very fond of that

Very happy shopping with ChicWish. Received the majority of my order 10 or 11 days after placing the order, had to wait a bit for the remaining item to be shipped. But received it without problems, a few weeks later. The quality of the products that I purchased was very good. Pricing is reasonable. And I have already placed another order.

Pricing, quality, and communication has been great with my first purchase through ChicWish. The shipping took some time but it was worth the wait. They were great on keeping me informed on the status of my order.

I never received one of two items I ordered - a refund was processed and I got my money back. However, I would have liked to know what happened, maybe the item was actually out of stock, I don't know. Nobody informed me of what was going on, I just got an email saying I'm getting a refund. I'm pretty upset because that item is what made me place an order in the first place, the other one was extra.

The website is easy to navigate and there were tons of photos of different people wearing the item I was looking at while they were out in the real world. That really helps see what it will look like on me!

Great experience! I wasn't sure what to expect as I've not ordered from ChicWish before but in reading reviews I decided to give it a try. Shipping wasn't overnight by any means but not bad! I placed my order the evening of 7/26 and received it on 8/16 (nothing gets to where I live quickly- 2 day shipping anywhere else is 4 day here). Quality was definitely better than I expected as well. I'd order from here again for sure.:-)

Items purchased are great, super quality.
Only negative feedback is about the delivery process, took way longer then expected, received the package way after my holiday, also emails about the delivery were confusing, received "delivered" emails multiple times, way before package was actually delivered. Not sure if it's the system, or what causes this.

Al in all, it was good. I received one item, and had to reach out to Chicwish to get the other item shipped. They sent it right out, no questions asked. It's too warm to wear them now, so it was no problem.

Overall, I had a good experience with ChicWish. I'm always skeptical about clothing ads that pop up on Facebook, so I decided to read some blogs/reviews. I ended up purchasing 2 skirts and a sweater The material is GREAT (unlike another company that begins with an S). Shipping times are what you'd expect, coming from China. However, we're all so used to Amazon Primes 2 day shipping, so it wasn't THAT bad. It was exactly 2 weeks from when I ordered, to when I received the products. One of the items didn't fit, and the exchange was super simple.
I recommend this company!

I had a great experience with the service, but it took more than 2 weeks to receive the parcel. I was not in a rush so I did not mind, but something to consider if you are shopping for a special occasion
