Disappointed totally about items. Photo is better than item.

Ships fast and quality is excellent. Very happy with my purchase. It's hard to trust on line purchases

I placed an order on April 10,2017. I purchased the higher-cost "register" shipping method to ensure that my product would arrive before my event on April 22,2017. 10 days later... I still have not received my item and the status of my order has not changed. It still lists "processing". At this point, I start to look for a tracking number to see where the package might be or for a customer service number to call to inquire about my order. Neither one exists! The only option is to email them. I emailed them on April 18,2017 explaining the situation. They replied stating that the product had to be re-stocked and would require an additional 3-4 days to process. What?! It lists NOWHERE on the website, on my order confirmation, etc. that it needs to be re-stocked. It is dishonest. At the very least, it should say on the website that it needs to be re-stocked with an option to be notified when it is back in stock. The company should not allow customers to place an order when the item doesn't exist. At this point, I asked for a refund since the dress will not arrive in time for my event. I have not heard back from them. I doubt if I will receive the dress or the refund. What a complete lack of respect for customers

EDITED: They responded April 20,2017 to refund my order. I accepted the refund, but I still want customers to know that there is a lack of transparency and to avoid ordering from the company until they change the information displayed on the website and they way that they process orders.

Loved it. It's very nice sweater. I liked it very much. The color is so beautiful

Prompted a discount code which was very nice. The customer reviews show their size ordered and body measurements which is very helpful to confirm what size to order, feeling confident!

Returns are a hassle and costly. It cost me over $20 to return and had to be pre-approved.

Item should come with return forms

This company seems adequate. At first, I worried the item I bought would be terrible quality. The skirt I selected is pretty. It's construction is not perfect but good enough.

I found skirt that I really like, very easy navigated website, with clear instructions. Hopefully product arrives in good time, and hopefully looks and fits perfectly.

Saw the link and this skirt caught my eye. Abit concerned about size as im inbetween. Had a brief look on site and all looks rather yummy. I will return.

This is my third purchase. Garments have been great shipping on the slow side. However the dielivery was significant quicker 7 days rather wekks previously.

Contacted customer service for help as I was having difficulty obtaining return code. They kept referring me back to same site. I ended having to pay for return label oop. Much more expensive.

I ordered a dress from Chicwish, unfortunately post Office lost it.

Poor quality knit fabric, gives a polyester slightly shiny finish. The design is good, wouldn't buy again on quality so very disappointed

Shipping time could be a little faster tracking options easier

I ordered it late and it still arrived in a timely fashion. Just in time for Valentines Day!

I received my shipment and I am happy with the products. Got it on discount during holidays and quality is very good.love the color and design of each garment.

I like that filtering options, I either did not notice it before or it was added later, but it make the search easier.

Shipping took a LONG! Time! Product was nice enough material and length but it was not the color of orange I wanted. I appreciated that the return was easy.
