My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
I was nervous buying online but everything fits me beautifully and the quality is amazing. My sweater feels thick. The styles also make me feel so current.love love love everything i bought

I bought 5 items, 1 is missing. I am very upset since shipping is not that fast, that means I will have to wait longer, apart from the hassle of having to contact the company.
Tip for consumers:
I order five items and only received four one is missing!
It's easy to view all the pages and the best service is that it brings me back to where I stop last time so that I don't have to check from the ever first page.
The products are absolutely gorgeous! I took an outfit from the one proposed by the site and I am very excited! The materials are high quality! I can't wait for my next order to arrive!

Been watching this blouse for a long time and was hoping it got reduced but never did. So hope the quality is worth the money as it is quite expensive. It is nice but could have been a bit cheaper
I bought a skirt and top. They both had HUGE notices on the outside of the bag that said NOT TO OPEN IF YOU AREN"T SATISFIED OR YOU WON"T GET A REFUND! WTH? How do I know if I'm satisfied or not if I haven't even taken it out of it's packaging yet? The quality and sizing are ridiculous, too. But I can't return it because, god forbid, I took it out of the packaging to decide if I'm satisfied or not.

Originally I thought, fun clothes at reasonable prices! The site was easy to use. Good discounts were offered. I was looking forward to getting my first order! I suppose I have gotten what I paid for. I followed the sizing measurements, and both the pants and skirt are tight in the waist. The Sunny Days pants are extremely constricting. I'm not returning anything because I am positive it will be more of a hassle than it is worth. I didn't realize when I ordered that this was coming directly from overseas. Things were out of stock and I was not kept informed. It had been a week since I had placed my order without any communication except that it has been received (which made me worry since I had never ordered from this company before) so I reached out to them wondering where my order was. Once I messaged I did get a kind and patient response back quickly, that was the only positive thing I can say about my experience with this company. I had to reach out another 6 days after that inquiring when my order was going to ship. Again a quick response, but still, waiting 2 weeks till my order was even ready to ship wasn't something I was aware would happen and made me nervous that I had gotten scammed. It would have been helpful to know that things were out of stock and my order was delayed up front.

Prices are too high, the products are okay. You can buy something similar for less money. I mean the skirt is beautiful, still your prices are sometimes ridiculous.

Exactly as advertised. I ordered the S and the XL. Sizes run true to size. Good quality. Very pleased with this purchase, returning the XL. I wear 6-8.

This blouse is so beautiful! It can be worn with a skirt or dress up a pair of jeans. It really is nicer than I expected it to be, so well made. Would recommend.
