My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
This was a very easy, pleasant shopping experience. Communication was excellent, and delivery was on time. Excellent! Awesome merchandise. Great pricing.
I just got my minted lemon dress and I LOVE IT! The material is very soft and the fit is perfect. I usually wear a size 8-10/M in shirts and it fits me perfectly!

Some of their products can come from China and can take a bit longer to get here. Be prepared it could come from 1 of their 4 locations and shipping times can vary!

The search function doesn't seem to work when searching the exact name of the item. Also one of the coupon codes advertised didn't work despite meeting requirements.
Everything is good except your return policy, I'm waiting on an answer of credit, I wanted to apply to this order but there is no way to use your credit from an return order
The items have always taken a month to arrive, but always turn up and are worth the wait. The company keep you informed when items have been dispatched and when they are being delivered.
Web site can be challenging to navigate quickly. It would be great if when you click on an advertised item you would be taken directly to that specific item.
Great items, sizing is perfect for my small frame and easy to find what I wanted. I am short and the sizing and length are perfect and consistently accurate.
Disappointed I would have to join instagram to get my 15% discount so I decided to do without the discount. Apart from that I am looking forward to receiving my items.
My daughter has ordered two skirts from Chicwish. Both skirts are good quality and fit well. My daughter loved the first skirt so much (New York Skyline Printed Midi Skirt) that I ordered her another one as a gift. The 2nd skirt was of the same quality and fit, however, the color was off by quite a bit (Coastal Demeanour Printed Midi Skirt). The 2nd skirt was marked on the invoice "Final Sale - No Returns" (not sure why). However, I e-mailed customer service. They allowed a return and gave me an electronic gift card for a future purchase. My daughter looks forward to ordering from Chicwish, again. Overall, I am pleased with their products and customer service. Update: 4/27/16 I placed a second order on 4/10.17 days later and my order has not been shipped, yet :( I sent an e-mail on 4/20 and they said that one (of 2 items ordered) "still needs a few days to be restocked" and "will ship out the parcel asap once the items restocked". It's 7 days since that e-mail... and I am still waiting... Update: 5/5/16 Received my order today :) My daughter loves the dress (Miss Cherry Pie Belted Midi Dress). It's cute, fits well and is well constructed. The skirt we ordered is ok (Subtle Plaids Belted Wool Skirt). The plaid pattern is different than pictured; the skirt is 4" shorter than stated and the hem is edged with a serger instead of actually being hemmed. We will keep it. It's just not quite what we expected. Overall, we've been very happy with 2 items that we have ordered from Chicwish and slightly disappointed in 2 items. 50% success rate. That being said, I would still order from Chicwish, again.

Even though this company is located in China, I believe our purchases were shipped from California (USA), so the shipping time wasn't bad. Shipping is free, however, I chose to add $3 for shipping with a tracking number. I would recommend paying with Paypal.
Easy to order, took over 4 weeks to arrive but I do love it, it was full of static so had to wash before wearing but love it and had lots of compliments
I like the Chicwish clothing. The material is good. However sometimes the sizing is hard to figure out but once you figure it out you'll like it! Shipping takes a while.

I ordered a top and skirt for a wedding tomorrow and didn't get the top and the skirt took like 3 weeks to get here. I called the number and said voicemail was full and I emailed with no reply.

Was excited waiting for my delivery of a light cream top. It was described as cream but what was sent was a pale yellowy colour. Won't go with what it was bought to go with.

Easy shopping experience, yet my 4 items came in 3 different parcels and dates. All have rather good quality, only the one of them smelled like cigarette, well I always wash new clothes anyway.
