My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
My orders arrived even before the ETA. All the products I've ordered are what shown in the pictures & are all true to size.

I have ordered a few times and every time the order is split up so I will receive part of the order, but the supplier fails to let me know that it is only part and when the rest arrives. I have had to contact them every time to get more info,. Eventually it would arrive, but I think they could improve in giving info about partial delivery

Easy to shop, sizing chart was right on. I normally don't order the size I did, but I made sure to follow the sizing chart, and all worked out.
