My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).

I had trouble with the site but the customer service was responsive to help resolve it.
Its impossible to find a dress that I wanted to buy. The one on the right. I have searched for all the key words I can think of. I wanted to buy that dress adn there is no link to it when you click on the picture. Its frustrating.

Had different items that I had not seen anywhere else.

Looking for something to wear to my holiday party. Got three items prior to party and were too small. Other items arrived after party and I never opened the package since the party was over.
Site was easy to navigate. Anxious to get my order to see if the items are as nice as they appear on line.
