My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
Amazing I love this place it's always good quality and fits pretty well. I just wish they had medium to large sizes
Shopping was very simple to navigate in the website though delivery could have been a little quicker
I haven't purchased fun clothes in awhile focusing on corporate wear. You can include these pieces and still appear professional for a party!

ChicWish has the site with the best, most feminine clothes. Never cheap looking.
It took a while to get my problem with a return solved. The website says "processing" even when you have received it.

I needed a versatile black top and I loved the color of the dress.
It used to be my favorite shopping site. The dresses are beautiful. But I had a very difficult experience with returns. And they ended up cancelling a dress that I wanted and had not received yet in the process! My dealings with them are the opposite of smooth. Unfortunately.

Items not for short people. I'm 5'3 and the skirt hits my ankles which makes me look short and fat. Items all just missed the mark.

Order dress for a wedding abroad but it arrived a few days later than it was meant to so it was no good to me.
I didn't get any shipping updates, and when I contacted Chicwish there was no reply. I thought I'd been scammed until the item was delivered

1. No "order has shipped" email sent
2. Skirt has far less tulle than shown in photo, leaving underskirt very visible
I was searching for a specific item - mid length tulle skirt - and the photo of the one I ordered looked great. It was disappointing to find it is quite different.
The true test will be when I get something that doesn't fit well and I have to return it from Canada.
Shopping was easy. Lots of choice and beautiful pieces. Paying on the other hand was rather complicated. It was not clear how. I had to search and guess a bit in my opinion.
A return sending is a bit difficult anf complex too.
I saw the dress on Pinterest and I fell in love with it almost directly. So I want it to try it.
Cuz,.you could almost exactly enter your fit and size. Not many sites ask for that. And cuz I do not have the more average size nor form, it is recommended.
