My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
I ordered 4 items, two were shipped right away and the other two took a few weeks. Very poor communcation on order and shipping confirmation
Not true to size, so not worth the price for me. The xl fits like a medium. Most xl fits me so this is inaccurate

I was sent an email about my last purchase that when I reviewed the products I bought I will get points rewards I did as I was told to review the product and expecting the points reward but I was told a different story which doesn’t go well with me .

I bought XL but It was excessively large for me, even though i chose it checking the measures scheme. I suggest to take the L if in dubt.

I only gave 4 stars because I've never experienced their returns process until now so not sure how that will go and wish some items especially cotton non stretchy —-were offered a bit larger.

The crop set was adorable. In eyelet which I love in a style thst would be appropriate for a senior. Sadly it was at least one size too small even in xl
