My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
Very nice products. Good materials and true to size. The delivery takes a little while but it's worh the wait

I chose it for a wedding in October
Good quality clothes for different occasions. The skirt and top I bought were really nice and true to size. The only downside is that although the registered mail delivery states 10-12 business days, it took a month for my order to arrive in Greece. I ordered again today but definitely planned well ahead. Keep this in mind especially if it's something you wish to wear on a certain date/occasion.
Literally zero complaints here. I was a little apprehensive about ordering from here, because I thought I'd receive Shein-level quality at Zara/American retail prices 😂 But that's not the case at all. Everything that I have ordered has been of a very thick and high quality material, nothing has been see-through, no loose threads or sloppy stitching. Genuinely the same quality, if not BETTER, than most American retailers.
I have not found any other online retailer that has the same high quality of clothing in these styles.

I saw ChicWish on Facebook and felt a little sceptical as I’m reluctant to buy off Facebook but i was really drawn to one skirt. I thought I’d give it a try. Ordered that skirt and loved it so much I’ve been back to buy more! I walked through my town in the first skirt I bought and someone stopped me to tell me they loved it - that’s how lovely it is!
I really liked the look of it, it was a little different and quirky and I needed something for an occasion - it didn’t disappoint- compliments all around!
I ordered two items on 16th February, my skirt arrived but the top wasn't with it and had to be delivered separately. I wanted both for an outfit on 9th March. The top arrived on the 11th March which was frustrating.
Overall I was happy with the products but the wait time was annoying.
I saw the skirt advertised on facebook and thought it looked lovely and is my kind of skirt!

I have been wanting this sweater for several years when I saw similar in Goetsch Magazine( it was longer in style but also USD $3,000.00)
Great product, good price but shipping takes a long time. I'm still waiting for a refund on one of the items as well. But would definitely recommend shopping here if you have the patience for the transactional things.
Im still waiting to resolve 1 issue but they have been responsive.
Quality and style
I borrowed a dress from my sister in law that loved so I wanted the same one and ended up buying others as well.
Before placing an order I checked on the return policy and it said it is free but when I actually returned it, they charged me which is very disappointing.
Looks cute from across the room but up close it's like a first year fashion major sewed it together.
The bat skirt was cute for Halloween
The dress resembled the picture on site, unfortunately it was too small for my bust and I had to return it.
The quality of the product is good, but the price is too high in my opinion. Return of goods within Europe is subject to a fee.
I can't lie. I was alittle worried because it took several weeks to arrive. But very very pleased with the products I ordered.

Fast, easy, convenient it was easy to order this item. I received it in good condition. It will be part of my Halloween costume this year.
Easy to order I do wish delivery was faster. I'm on a ship in Mediterranean with my sister. She wants them too.
Always an easy process. Fast effective ordering system. Took a Lilly's while to arrive but was worth the wait.
Easy purchase however didn't realise the skirts were coming separately. Both skirts should be the same size and style ie maxi flowing chiffon. Both are beautiful but one was 2 inches longer than the other and the other was considerably tighter to pull on.

I was disappointed with a dress I bought online. I returned the dress as described in the return section. It now has almost 3 weeks and I have not received my refund yet. It is very difficult to speak to someone about it as well. I will not be using ChicWish again.
Tip for consumers:
I don't understand when you follow directions on returns and it takes over 2 weeks and still do not get a refund. Poor service and communications.
