My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
I was disappointed with a dress I bought online. I returned the dress as described in the return section. It now has almost 3 weeks and I have not received my refund yet. It is very difficult to speak to someone about it as well. I will not be using ChicWish again.
Tip for consumers:
I don't understand when you follow directions on returns and it takes over 2 weeks and still do not get a refund. Poor service and communications.

I wish this would ship a little sooner but it was received timely so overall not a bad experience
I find that the bottoms fit better for me than the tops. A few of the tops are not consistent with size. I mainly get skirts and love them all. The quality reviews really help too.
To find good quality clothing
I wanted some dressier clothing.
Shopping the site is easy. I've shopped from them before and was pleased with some of the items. However returning items and getting refunded takes some time.
It would be nice to talk to a live person.
Their quality of their products is decent.
They looked beautiful on line and they had a place in my closet.
Chicwish does not communicate with customers well. No updates on orders. No tracking. You guys have to do better.

Good experience! The chat associate Dan was very helpful in processing my return for the incorrect size and gave me a store credit for cancelling the other wrong size I ordered. I am hoping to find another great summer style in your dress collection soon.

Ordered an outfit, its arrived and looks nothing like what it suggested it would. Trying to return the item and the website is showing as wrong order number, I have copied and pasted the order number and tried variations of the order number and nothing is working. The website has no contact information and the support email keeps bouncing back! Dont waste your money.

Paid extra for express shipping and order still arrived a month later. Did not have the item on time for the event I purchased it for.
Customer service rep could not tell me from what country my item was being shipped. Had I known it was shipped from a US warehouse, I could have had it delivered to a US address. Chicwish did not notify me as soon as it left their warehouse, so I tried to cancel the order, only to find out it had been sitting at the carrier's premises for 3 days already, (but still in point of origin!!!) meaning the order could not be cancelled. I was told I had to wait for the item to finally be delivered in just to send it all the way back if I wanted to return it. Absolutely wasteful. Chicwish should be transparent about WHERE each item will be sent from so customers can make more informed decisions about estimated delivery times and addresses.
