My order has had no update in 3 days, when I called to get an update uni their shipping company told me to be patient it was coming that night. It didn't. I called the next morning and they told me it take 48 hours to figure out where the package was or 2 hours to speak with a manager. Both these times have lapsed and no word from anyone. I tried using Chicwish bot to help. Doesn't even work, just loops on the website. No response from their customer service either. I have purchased before without issue but I will not be a customer.moving forward.

Incredibly poor communication. Half of my order didn't arrive initially - there was a note included that said that there would be a new tracking number provided and there never was. I followed up with contact 3 times before I got an answer. Quality is pretty poor. I instantly wanted to return everything. The process to return is confusing, and then I discover that returns from Australia is an eye-watering $40AUD... it's honestly not worth the stress. The clothes in reality don't fit anything like as shown on the website. Avoid avoid avoid.

The first time ordering from chicwish and having a horrible customer service. No one will respond back to you even though you reach out to them. You are not going to get the shipping info via email even after 3 to 4 business days. Never going to place an order from here...

I returned 2 items from Australia over 3 months ago and still no signs of my money. I have contact them several times to follow up and have received nothing back. Poor quality items and poor service on top of that unethical company.

This is the worst fashion vendor I have ever bought cloth. I have returned some items of my order and never received the refund for it! The customer service is terrible and doesn't want to help me. I have send plenty of mails to them but they left me without answers of my requests. My recommendation is to never buy anything from this vendor. You will be disappointed!

Dress purchased was quite nice even though the fabric was cheap. However it was way too small. Tried to organize an exchange but even though that option offered a Free Return Address Label it's limited to US and UK. This is not made clear anywhere on their Returns page. The cost of postage to return is almost much as the item. Won't ever see that refund! DO NOT PURCHASE from this site.

Received 2 items that i ordered. Both items were too small and needed to be returned for larger size. Return directions were confusing and attempted to get on-line help but responses were delayed. Return shipping label was never able to download. I put the return packing slip in with the items and mailed them off. Not very confident i will ever actually receive replacements.

Not very responsive and did not address my concern

Bought the dress and paid extra for expedited shipping (3-5 days). Needed it by a specific date.
It arrived a week later, and no refunds for shipping was offered.
The dress itself is lovely. I would shop here again, but never on a time crunch lol.

Chicwish made me pay half the cost of the dress as return shipment charges despite it being a Chicwish fault for recommending an incorrect size, Besides the size chart on the website is totally deceiving.

Did not offer to subsidise the cost of return shipment. Instead offered a measly credit trying to draw me to the website again.

I'm not sure if it's due to a language barrier or website issue or both but I I'm in the midst of a several email interchange trying to return the dress I ordered. I'm continually getting automated responses. My concern is that the window is closing on the time I'm able to get a full refund.

Well they are answering my communications, I'm having a very difficult time getting my return issue resolved.

I was really excited for the first time order from chicwish. But i have many reasons to be disappointed.
First i did not aware of that they charge international transaction fee as i shop with AU$ and I assume it is from Australian.
Secondly i order 2 items and they arrived in two different time and take total 1month.
Thirdly, product is as it is advertised.
Material is good but the finish is really poor and it does not sit on body at all.

I just sent an email and i am waiting for the reply.

Very bad customer service. I have ordered two separate orders of two large and two medium dresses. When I get the first package I got two medium dresses. I thought I will get the large dresses in separate package but when I get package I another medium dress. I got a total of three medium dress instead of 2 medium dresses. When I contact with customer service they said large dresses are out of stock. They didn't did let me know when I order the dress. When i contact them about the dress they inform me that they don't have large size dress in stock. I have paid 28 dollars to return this dresses.

The website does not work well in every browser - give preference to Edge, not all functions work in Chrome.
Otherwise, I have no complaints - the order arrived on time, my return was successful, and the refund was made within the specified time frame.

I received answers to my questions politely and quickly.

I like the product and also good customer service when I only received the top and not the skirt I emailed them to ask and they promply reply apologize and explain it.

The only one that make me hesitate to order is the courier driver just leave my package in front of door of my building ( I live in unit). I am lucky this time I came back not long after but I would worry for next time.

The ruched shirt had a neck opening that was sewn way too small and the sleeves we very uncomfortable even with the ruched design. They seemed to be sewn off as well because the material is so stretchy.
The Christmas lights sweater was way too big.

Chicwish does a great job at inspiring the customers and works hard to show how the styles could work for you with illustrative videos and ways to wear the outfit. Unfortunately I did not like the fabric enough to keep the item I purchased, and had to return. I would not make a judgment on the company based on just one item, so may try them again as they do offer some lovely styles.

My items arrived in two shipments, and I had to make a return. I am still awaiting the refund to my account, which I hope should come this week. When that happens, I will up to 5 stars!

Took 4 weeks to arrive but no communication on the fact that products were out of stock when I ordered - and paid!
Only got information on dates delivery following 2 messages from me.
Products are nice

Delayed delivery due to items being out of stock but this was not communicated to me until I contacted customer service twice.

I spent a long time deciding whether to buy from Chicwish. I wish I had decided not to.

I ordered 3 items which said that they were in stock and available. The order sat in processing for 2 weeks and when I asked why I was informed that 2 of the items were unavailable and would not be restocked any time soon. Really disappointing and frustrating.

The shipping took a very long time for the order to arrive then the options for the refund or store credit are okay, not great but better then nothing and better then other online stores that I've used.

I found the chickwish website nice with the range of products beautiful and ordered a dress worth $85 approx. Somehow, I ended up finalising on another dress from another platform and when I tried to return the chickwish order within the said time frame, I discovered that $5-$10 might be deducted from my return amount and I am finding the return process very difficult with custom policies and regulations which is generally taken care by the supplier in my experience. I have tried reaching to chickwish and was told that my request for support would be returned within 1 business days and it's been 7 business days and I have not heard back from Chickwish. This makes my overall experience really bad and I am still hoping to hear back regarding my return request.

I received my goods but quality is the issue. This a low grade product which is too expensive to return to America. $40 australian dollars! I have kept them unable to return to get my money back. You win! I will not buy again.

They said I could return & I filled out the form but the postage to America is half the cost of my product with no guarantee I will get a refund to my credit card only credit at the online store. I will stick to my own stores I know now. Not worth the trouble to shop at these cheap stores.

This is my second time ordering. There is a lot of variety. You really need to know your measurements. Sometimes sizing is weird but if you get it right- there some good finds. Shipping does take awhile.

Great products, just not as described in the size chart. I recently lost a lot of weight and was unsure of my size. So when I used the size chart for my order, imagine my dismay at receiving items that made me feel worse than my heaviest weight! I returned the one item that wouldn't even fit over my arms and have yet to receive the exchanged item...that was a month ago!
