My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
I haven't received my full order and have not been provided with an estimated delivery date. None of the time frames stated on the purchase page have been honored by the company. I will never order from chicwish again!

First time shopping here, and the experience was really good. Though delivery was delayed by 2-3 days, the support staff was very responsive which is not common. The goods were up to the expected standards. Overall I was very happy with my purchase decisions

I needed a rose-dress to gardenparty.
I received the flower skirt first and a few weeks later the second skirt. I was very well updated about the deliveries and I am very happy with both skirts.
Chicwish responses to delayed shipment were extremely unprofessional in that email came from random individual's address and had awful grammar, to the point I thought I'd been scammed and had to get a new credit card! Customer service eventually set everything right in my book though.

Items are very nice, but returning is very expensive and takes a long time. When you don't have an amount you can't see anything either. Even when you make an account it doesn't connect you previous order, even when using the same email address.
