My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).

Sono rimasta positivamente colpita dal design e dai colori. L'acquisto è semplice e la consegna abbastanza veloce. Su due capi acquistati, uno si è rovinato al primo lavaggio nonostante abbia utilizzato ogni accortezza e questo mi ha un po' deluso.
Mi piace molto come gli abiti e le diverse possibilità di abbinamento vengono presentati sul sito. La "shoppping experience" è molto positiva: semplice da navigare e belle le foto.
Mi sono piaciuti lo stile e il design degli abiti e si abbinano molto bene con altri del mio guardaroba.

Over all I return everything except the lucky bag which I cant return anyways. I did manage to get a fun skirt from the lucky bag but everything else wasn't so good. Shipping could be better with more timely notifications. Didn't know when I was going to get any of the packages until it was at my front door.

I bought two dresses early May from chiciwish. Shipping and Processing did take a while but it wasn't too long as I ordered them well before memorial day. The dresses were beautiful and well made with several layers of fabric. I will be shopping again soon.
I saw a tiktok couple Alexio and Jessi post about a dress Jessi was wearing from chicwish and and wanted to give it a try
I chose them fore their color and style
Satisfied with the shipping and the quality of the products
However I wanted to return the dress, as it does not fit me perfectly (not bad, but not good enough and I don't like buying pieces I don't love 100%).
And that's when I discovered that the shipping cost, to return the dress, was mine to cover...
So I kept the dress and will have it altered. But I will not order again.
