My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
I bought two dresses early May from chiciwish. Shipping and Processing did take a while but it wasn't too long as I ordered them well before memorial day. The dresses were beautiful and well made with several layers of fabric. I will be shopping again soon.
I saw a tiktok couple Alexio and Jessi post about a dress Jessi was wearing from chicwish and and wanted to give it a try
I chose them fore their color and style

However I wanted to return the dress, as it does not fit me perfectly (not bad, but not good enough and I don't like buying pieces I don't love 100%).
And that's when I discovered that the shipping cost, to return the dress, was mine to cover...
So I kept the dress and will have it altered. But I will not order again.

I was looking for all white midi dress to take on a cruise.
I order an extra large thinking it was going to be too small a large one and it end being too big. But I still wore it. I had it alter a little bit in the waist. The color and length was perfect for what I need it. A formal event during the day. I recommend it to order your actual size and don't size up.

It took quite a long time for the order to arrive, so if you are in a rush maybe I wouldn't recommend. But in my case, I had time and the dress was worth waiting for :)

Packages can take a while to be shipped, sometimes 2-3 weeks after placing an order
The dress was great - exactly as pictured and quality was also good. The shipping was not great. It took over two weeks to be processed and only seemed to process when I asked for my order to be canceled, which they never did.
I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. They responded quickly, but only shipped it instead.
The dress was cute and I saw it on instagram.

I returned the dress because it did not fit. I paid the postage to return it. They only gave me a credit of $43.00, charging me for the postage and did not give me the sales tax refund. I think that is against the law since I paid the sales tax. I would not recommend anyone purchasing from this company and expect to get a full refund for your product. I feel they owe me $10.80.
