My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
The dress is fun & flirty. And the company delivered the dress quickly.

No suelo comprar ropa por internet, pero me gustaron mucho una blusa y una falda de Chicwish y decidí hacer el pedido. Tanto la compra como el envío fueron fáciles y rápidos. Sin embargo, las prendas eran de tejidos de peor calidad de lo que esperaba habiendo visto las fotos y el vídeo de la web, especialmente en el caso de la falda. Por lo que decidí devolverla.
Ahora mismo estoy en trámites para que me devuelvan el dinero correspondiente a la falda. Por el momento, la envié de vuelta y me consta que la recibieron hace dos semanas, pero aún no han aprobado el ingreso del dinero.
Elegí ChicWish porque me gustaron sus prendas.

The variety of the pieces is good and the fit is nice. Good that it is inclusive of bigger sizes. My only if is the quality of the fabrics. They are not very breathable and make you sweat quite a bit. Was expecting a bit more from this part
