I feel like it is a gamble not knowing if something will fit. The same size fits differently. I don't like the fact that the site does not offer free returns.

Still waiting to get my store credit for the items returned.

Pleasantly surprised how easy, affordable and trustworthy Chicwish is. I've purchased many skirts and never been dissatisfied. Sizing, quality and shipping is 5 stars.

It was easy to order from ChicWish but there is very little communication after you pay. I received my order about 15 days after I placed it. But the overall experience was good.

I think my title says it all. Ok quality, but good quality for the price. It takes awhile to receive your products but I did receive mine quicker than expected.

This is my first time shopping ChicWish and I couldn't be happier. The prices are unbelievably low and the quality is excellent. Great selection of really flattering clothes.

Well I am 5' 2" and I had to cut the dress a few inches to make it come to the length I wanted. But I brought it with that in mind. But otherwise no complaints. Be mindful of the length of your purchase. And give exact measurements and weight.

The customer service was excellent. I lefty question on your website and someone reached out to me that evening and answered my question.

I ordered two different sizes of the same dress to see which would fit, waited so long to get one size even though I tried to cancel the order weeks ago and now I'm unable to return it because your system keeps telling me it has already been returned when it has not, the other size was. I have contacted customer service several times and am still waiting to hear back on this resolution. This has NOT been a good experience!

Lots of pretty clothes, sad when some items are not avail in size L/XL when on sale. Would love to see more petite sizes that aren't mini dresses, too.

Have purchased from Chicwish a number of times. Clothes are good quality and well made, shipping is prompt and customter service helpful if there is a problem.

My return took 16 business days to process, item was cute, but sleeves were too short. Not sure I will shop there again due to how long it took to receive a refund.

I emailed twice before receiving a response.

The seams are not well made, for a very expensive product, takes a long time. Nobody gives an answer. I canceled it several times and they still sent it and charged me. Terrible experience. And

Delivery took longer than I expected. One of the dresses was not what I expected so o was disappointed. Another dress was beautiful so that was nice. I have not tried the skirt yet.

I tried to process my return 3 times and was kicked out to an error message each time - I even tried to just get a credit and again kicked out to error message

I waited several weeks for my products to arrive. While I will wear them all, I wouldn't order from Chicwish again as the delivery time is unreliable and the quality is only ok.

Even tho the two items were shipped separately with one being shipped waaaaay to late I'm not mad for it. Support helped as much as they could. Items arrived and I'm satisfied with them very much so.

They responded quickly every time.
One problem that couldnt be fixed was that I can't see my order on my CW acc beacuse my acc was created after my innitial order.

My order was not delivered when the shipper said it was. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone to figure anything out. Everyone involved put it on the other person. Finally received the package a week after it said it was delivered. Dress was not as described but top was nice.

Completely unhelpful.

I've ordered a lot of beautiful pieces from Chicwish and almost 90% of them I wear often because they are so beautiful. The only complaint is it takes a while to ship to you.

Ordered several dresses from several different sites. I ordered them all on the same day. This order came first-within a few days of placing the order

I need to return one of the dresses and have tried contacting ChicWish several times and have had no success.

The product it's really nice and I love it, perfect size and all. Just the marketing it's a bit misleading because it looks like more antique rose but it's much more bubble gum rose in person, but I love it anyway.

Delivery was not okay because it took almost 20 working days when I paid 20€ for fast delivery.

But overall it's nice quality.

The email go straight to the spam and it’s not easy to use the chatbot you have on the site. It should be changed in a much easier way to contact you, but the you were very accomodating anyway.

Overall the experiance was ok. The dispatch of the order is quite long, but If yo know this and calculate in your order, it is ok. What is not ok is how to make a retur equest. I can't do the return and I receive the order on 9th of August and today is 25th.

It was an automatic reply, as it is sunday.

The order confirmation stated that there would be a notification of shipping. I never received this notification, so I was unsure if I would get my order or not.

They answered my question in a few days with a short answer.

I feel like this has a lean toward fast fashion but the fit and quality were a bit better than your typical discount site. Items fit well and were better than expected.

The checkout was pianfull.If I have a store credit and I manually type rewards i.e 449 points, it will give me an error message that I do not have ample rewards or something. It is when I used a lesser reward point, it allowed me to checkout. The site needs to be user friendly. The cart keeps getting empty out after some time and user has to add the items again and again.
