My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
For customers in Australia return address is USA, postal charge is not cheap.
I would have not purchased anything from this website if I knew about this return cost.
Unfortunately I got carried away seeing the photos on website.
The quality is nice, but seems a bit small than I imagine, because the size is about S,M and L etc, which is different as the bra. It seems isn't align with the bra size.
When you choose for the free option shipping takes really long. I know its free and I shouldn't complain but I felt like this was almost forcing you to pay for faster shipping.

Ordering was simple. Shipping took longer than I would have liked and tracking was non-existent. I just was trusting that the skirt would come when they said and it did.

**Update: After submitting this review, Chicwish reached out and said my package was on route with a third party company to USPS which is why it wasn't showing shipped on USPS. They then said they'd refund my shipping fee IF I CHANGED MY REVIEW and gave them 4 or 5 stars. I said I will absolutely not lie to people. I did eventually receive my package a few days after that email. So just be aware that if you order, it's coming from China, not California like the company data would like to indicate, and it will take 3-4 weeks, closer to 4 for me. Don't make last minute orders.
Original review in mid to late August: I wish I could review my product, but I ordered on July 26,2024 and have yet to receive anything. It said I would receive my order in 7-10 days. I didn't even get a shipping notice until August 7,2024. That package hasn't been delivered to USPS yet and it is now 2 days later. It's a bit frustrating. I paid for shipping with ChicWish. I don't pay for shipping with other companies and get my products within a few days. This seems ridiculous. And they don't actually let you submit a complaint or concern anywhere on their website. You just get an AI bot that says it's been shipped, even when it hasn't been yet, and then nothing. It's told me that since before I even got a shipping email. My tracking number shows it hasn't been delivered to USPS. It's all nonsense. Zero customer service.

Very easy to order. The dress was too big but I loved it. So I wanted to return it. At first I had trouble but I did the help chat and the next day I had a response and was able to complete the return. I found this company really easy to work with. This has been my third time ordering from them. 😀

Everything was too good to be true, after receiving an ok quality dress in an ok amount of time, my card details were stolen. This was THE ONLY place that could have done anything like that. I chose to put in card details instead of using PayPal because the button they used for PayPal was pixelated and very sketchy. I should have trusted my instinct when I was going through the checkout process because this website is NOT to be trusted
Tip for consumers:
Options to pay are either master card or PayPal, the button to put in PayPal details is pixelated and does not look trustworthy. When checking out the final price kept changing and the price it showed I payed was different to what my bank account said I payed

I was a little sad when my second dress didn't come in time for what I wanted but when I emailed to see if it got lost or when it was coming customer service got back to me that same afternoon! They apologized, told me it was popular and they had run out of stock but that new stock was coming. That was the best customer service I've had almost anywhere in a while. They didn't seem short or just give the facts, they really validated my inquiry and treated it seriously and fast!

On a whim. I was nervous. I usually only go for online ordering from stores I know where I know their sizing but they were the only dresses I could find that were affordable and a style I liked so I took a chance
The materials were cotton and linen and the styles looked beautiful. The reviews were pretty good and I read a lot of them.
I have received two dresses from Chicwish and both stunk of body odor. I had to wash both before I could wear. Someone needs to better monitor what gets returned.

I have had a horrible time with your website all day! I tried to order the floral caramel skirt over and over again and kept getting a message that the item didn't exist!

I ordered two dresses. Both took a while to arrive. One had a slit that went far too high and the dress was a bit to promy for what I needed. The other looked a bit too costumey.
No problem with anything. I was a bit apprehensive about the sizes. I'm between size 10 S and 12 M. I've ordered size 12 M and that was definitely the right decision., it fits perfectly X

There was a delay in receiving my dress due to stock issues. I wasn't notified about this until I emailed chicwish, but when I did they explained the delay and then my dress arrived in the new timescale given. The dress is of great quality, except for a few loose pieces of cotton, but in view of the great value that wasn't a problem.

I want some variety for my winter wardrobe & imagine they would look good on me.
I was hopeful I'd receive products that were consistent in sizing. The tops are not for someone who is fuller in figure/mature. The skirts I ordered were both larges and they were completely inconsistent. One was fine but had no size label in it, the other I was swimming in. Disappointing.
I love the skirts and had a good experience with the one I bought previously, as well as the top I purchased with it. I was hoping to experience the same.

Was originally sent the wrong dress, then the right dress but in the wrong size. Everything was fixed and taken care of thankfully - happy with the final result!
