I had an event and bought a skirt and 2 tops. The tops arrived 3 weeks later and the skirt nearly a month later, so had to buy something else. As I was requesting a return I realised I had paid for fees I didn't know about; shipping and handling fee and shipping insurance which they don; t show on the receipt they send to you email address after the purchase, they only show you the total... Lastly, they promise a free return for first time customers (me) but that is not true, I had to pay for it. I will send the package today and god knows when I will receive my refund.

Really happy with my knitted item, however the knitted decorations are glued on and not stitched on.
As they're knitted decorations, I don't see any reason that they would be glued and not knitted or stitched, other than cheap and lazy. It was not cheap, so would not expect it to be made cutting cheap corners!

With online shopping you dont know until you receive the item. For some labels, it is a good bet it will fit well and be flattering. I did not find that with this product. The products also list the materials as 100% cotton, yet they both had a stretchy feel, and a soft feel. The first time I have ever doubted a Lebel.

I bought 2 skirts of different colours with the intention of returning one of them but I ended up keeping both because of how great the quality was and how well it fitted. The skirts are stunning and very flattering

I placed my first order for two skirts. One of them was sent in the wrong size, the other one I don't like. I have repeatedly tried all three phone numbers, have emailed numerous times, even tried to get a RMA# to return. Their sight states that I have no orders and refuses to issue a RMA#. Chicwish also claims FREE returns, but then wants to charge between $8 and $12 dollars, WHAT? I am returning the skirts and am disputing the charge on my credit card.

The online shopping checkout shop experienced was easy. I found what I wanted. Thank you for the good service.

First time purchasing, I was confident that the return process was flawless but not. There were instructions to follow, which were great, however, there was no paperwork to support their process. I reached out and did get an order number, however, there was zero communication when it came to returning item. It did not fit, otherwise, I would have kept it. It's been almost two weeks and I paid for postage to return it but I have not received my credit.

For my first order with chicwish, I ordered a skirt, lace top, and blouse. All items were very good quality. It took awhile for my order to arrive - I did have to reach out to chicwish. They didn't respond but my order did finally show up. As long as Im not looking for an outfit with a week or two, I would order again!

I ordered a bathing suit for my daughters birthday & I ordered it a month early. Once I reached out to see what was going on they gave me the run around & tried to say the shipping window was later & then when I sent the screen shot of the 3-5 ship days they finally admitted the suit had to be restocked & offered me a $4 credit. I declined & asked for my money back so I can't comment on the quality of the products but their customer service was terrible & they lost a customer. They did refund me the money but not one apology or even acknowledgment of how they handled things.

I have purchased a dozen or so things from chicwish over the years. I love their dresses and skirts so much. They never disappoint! The quality is excellent. I love that you can get 100% cotton garments here. I am perpetually getting compliments on the items I have

I ordered my product on Nov 8th/23. As of Nov 19th, it has still not shipped. I tried to "contact" them through Livechat, but when you click on the "Chat with us" button it does not work! First time ordering from ChicWish...will be my last.

The order arrived earlier than expected and as shown. I really can't complain about anything! Discount code didn't work so I get in touch with customer service and they applied discount for me and I got 20% off (refund) 2days after.
I am very pleased with my first order and look forward to buying more from them in the future.

Ordered from here before and all garments were as pictured, sewn well, fit the size I chose and the material used was as indicated.

Sent an email - got back to me quite quickly answered my question - was starting a return. sent it back - waiting for a gift card?

Buying online can be dubious at times but I've been really happy with this purchase. The material of my coat was of good quality and thick, the size was good and the shipment was quick. To be transparent, I have been offered points to spend in store if I post a review, but I'm quite happy to do this as I was so happy with my purchase I want to buy more stuff lol I've had lots of compliments on the coat and would recommend it (to the point I'm tempted to buy it in another colour lol)

I've been buying from Chicwish for years and they are always very good with customer service. I love their clothes. They're very unique and when the package was lost, they sent me a replacement right away. I really appreciate their customer service.

I order size XS for both blouses and skirt and it's perfect fitted on me. Im 165cm height and 52kg weight. Good quality of materials, feel so comfortable and light, the colour looks real pretty. I definitely become a big fan of this shop! Both skirt and blouses can be matched with any other clothes. I wear a skirt with black sleeveless shirt to work and received a lot of compliments as well as the blouses i wear it with white short skirt and it lift up my look perfectly.

After 4 weeks waiting I haven't received my order.mmy package is missing. The tracking info shows It has been delivered yet but thats not true. While the " my account info" says my order is "processing".
I want my money back or send me again my items please.

Horrible experience!

So easy to navigate site. It's very easy to make returns. However, I find that the color of the materials don't match what is shown on site. The skirt was so much fuller in person than what they made it look.

I love the look and design of these tops, however, they are not sweaters, they are Ponte Knit, which is also good. I ordered the Small, which turned out to be S/M, it is more on the medium side and too large for me. Aside from it not being made of sweater material, it is still pretty.

I like the products that I received; however, the black organza skirt is listed as coming with a belt. I did not receive the belt in the shipment. I do not want to go through the hassle of returns, given the time it takes to receive product from the company, but this means that I will need to find an purchase my own belt, which is frustrating.

My item I ordered was as pretty as the picture, my two complaints would be there were so many seem lines for a skirt. It seemed a bit excessive. I also wish the waistband as a bit more stretchy. Delivery was not too bad, perhaps a bit longer but that could be because I was excited to get my item! I would try another purchase through ChicWish for sure.

I received my order quickly and the Gradient Pleated Splicing dress is beautiful! Had other women approach me to compliment me on the dress. I had contacted support to find out when the coat I ordered was coming and they immediately emailed me back with the tracking information. I have ordered another dress and a poncho and cannot wait until those pieces arrive, adorable clothing!
