My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
I just say I was a little sceptical at first when ordering trying to find the right size and quality of the clothes. The ease of use of the site made it very easy getting the information about proper sizing. The quality of the clothing was fantastic and shipping was fast.

Ordering was quick and easy. Items were received in different packages and with a lot of plastic- the company might want to think about its environmental impact going forward- but every item was there and well packaged. I loved a few things in my order and those I didn't were easily returned and a refund made quickly. It was seemless. Excellent company. Great items!

This was my first time purchasing from Chicwish and I hoped the real clothing was true to the advertisement. When I got it, I was very pleased and relieved. It was true to size and the quality was great. Will purchase more from Chicwish!

I ordered 2 dresses and a handbag more than 2 weeks in advance of a wedding. I received an email the day after my ordering the items stating that my items where out for delivery. I followed up with Chicwish several times in order to get a delivery date. They responded that my items where on the way. Long story short, 1 package arrived the day of the wedding and the other after the wedding.
I don't know if this is typical but in the future I will only order items if I have an indefinite amount of time to wait.
Ordering was simple however the amount of time it took to receive the product was not at all what was advertised! I have ordered handmade items that have taken less time to ship than this poorly made dress! It took have a second after trying the dress on to realize how cheaply made this product is!
I ordered two sweaters in November. After waiting weeks to deliver I was disappointed the difference on the same size in each. One too large and one too small. The quality of fabric is good but sizing off
I tried to purchase this sweater for 2 days and it said I couldn't without any reason why. Very frustrating! I had added the discount code that was being offered FA15 during the timeframe but then ended up removing it just to see if my purchase would go through and it finally did.
I really enjoyed everything I received. Everything fit beautifully. The long time it took me to get my purchases was the reason I could not give a 5 star. Will continue to shop with chicwish in the future.
The red sweater with the white heart is cute, but shorter than I thought it would be given the pictures. It's also a pretty inexpensive acrylic, and it has a lot of static. The red is a very nice color. I will probably wear it only on Valentine's Day.
I had no idea what to expect but love the app! And dresses. Ordered one, its great quality, better than expected tbh and will definitely order more. Size: i found a bit bigger but better than too small! :))

Worst online shopping experience, I would never use the site again, or recommend anyone to order from them.
I ordered a coat that costs $165. The email confirmation said the order will be ready for shipping in 3 days. After 7 days of placing the order, I emailed them saying I'm leaving the country soon, and if this coat is not shipped today, I won't be able to pick it up, so cancel my order. They never cancelled my order, and shipped the coat 8 days later. It took about 2 weeks delivery. The coat was ripped, plus t looked like a low quality coat, although it costed me $165. I shipped it back to them for a refund on the 29th of October, shipping to China costed me $60. Today the 4th of Dec, I emailed them asking why I never get refunded, they claimed that they never received the coat. Basically I lost $165 coat price and $60 for shipping it back. Worst place to shop from.
Wish your mesh skirts had longer linings. Why buy a midi with a MINI lining? Inaccurate descriptions of items, not enough detail about how the fabric, and extremely slow delivery, 4-5 weeks is a LONG time! One skirt is cumbersomely heavy and the other is sparkly-glittery like a 12 year olds princess costume, NOT chic at all!
The phots of the garments looked nice but were unfortunately very different in reality.
It took a little longer then I wanted it to get here but sooo worth it. The material is just so perfect. Also I look like an effing star in these skirts. True to size I'm 5'5 140lbs n got a medium n its perfect fit.
I decided the burgundy dress was too formal and returned it for the green one same style. But I love the dress design!
The return and exchange terms were a bit obscure and confusing. I wished for an exchange and could not find how to do this on the site. I added a note so hopefully I will get my wish. But the tag return was free and easy to get

I am nt a big fan of online shopping bt the dress are so beautiful, I couldn't resist to order. When I received my order, was amazed. It's exactly the same as on site. Gorgeous, fits well and decent material. I am very happy with my purchase and planning to do more

The jacket I bought did not look like the item on the model. The fit is terrible, very tight across the shoulders and arms, but very baggy everywhere else. The finish is atrocious I'd be embarrassed to wear it. I'd return it but the instructions on the scrappy bit of paper they sent as a return form say that anything over $20US will be rejected due to custom duty. DO NOT BUY from this site.
Sizing is not accurate. Size up 3 or 4 sizes. Items do not fit. I have spent over $130.00 Need to return both items... sweater and coat... both items fit my 11 year old niece who is a size 12 in children's sizes. I ordered XL.
