My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
I thought the sizing was way off, items ran small, and the pictures did not portray the items accurately ( sleeve lengths were not equal, and were 3/4, not full length as the online pictures showed). The styles and items were cute and I wished they would have fit as shown in the pictures, but sadly I had to return 5 of the 6 items I'd ordered. Some items did not have human models - which would have been helpful.

Clothing that smells heavily of tobacco smoke, have defect seams, are no-true to size or to what they appeared to look like on the web-site.

Descriptions of the tops I ordered were completely inaccurate. The cream is yellow. The pumpkin has metallic gold threads and is 100% polyester, not 100% cotton. I bought both in size XS but was shipped one in size S. Terrible.
Tip for consumers:
When I contacted Customer Support to report that the items I ordered were advertised incorrectly and fulfilled incorrectly, the reply was “Take some pictures showing the issue of the items you received.”

Cute and different but unwearable.way too long for anyone under 6 ' tall. Not as pictured when see it in reality. Very disappointing. Return process very complicated and don't have much confidence in that process.

I've been trying to contact them regarding an exchange I need. The numbers listed both aren't working numbers. I messaged them through facebook and instagram to no avail. My order shows as "Processing" but I already received the dress and it didn't fit. The system will not allow you to request an exchange or return unless you register for an account with them. I placed 2 separate orders and unfortunately I didn't register my account on the first order, the one with the dress that doesn't fit. Therefore, the system will not show my order and will not allow me to request a return / exchange. I'm afraid they will never get back to me and I will be out $70+ dollars for a dress that didn't fit.

I ordered a chunky cardigan which was described as 50% wool, 50% acrylic but in reality was 100% polyester, the colour was mustard in the photo but bright orange in reality and the sizing is off, very overpriced for the quality but can't be bothered to return after reading other reviews on how reluctant they are to refund. Overall best avoided as they aren't honest about description, quality and sizing.

Wouldn't pay full price for them, but very happy with the sale price and think it reflects the quality of the garments — skirts look as they do in pics, just feel sale price is a fairer price for the product. Would definitely shop the sale again.
All items were not delivered and I had to contact the company to point out that fact. They promised to send me the missing item. Some time has passed since I contacted them and I hope the shipment will be delivered soon (still have not received it).
In addition, one of the items actually delivered was too large so I had to return it. The return was however not free, I had to pay 90 SEK (8 USD) for the transport. Will I be refunded for that cost? The company's terms and conditions are not super clear on that.
Still have not received all items ordered and a bit crossed I had to pay postal fees on my return package.

I returned the skirt, it was fairly simple to do. I did not receive a full refund as £4+ was taken off for the return postage. The quality was good but it was too short. The top I bought ( with the big bow) is lovely.
Great overall company. I was concerned when reading some reviews and of course there can be errors or delays especially with a big company but my orders have been PERFECT! Great communication, tracking. I ordered one ordered and loved it so much that I went to buy more. The 2nd order I only got 2 of the 3 items, emailed the company, got a response within 12hrs and it shipped within a few days. They even followed up to make sure I got the missing product. I did have to return an item too (just didn't look good on me) simple process and was able to get the refund as expected
Easy checkout. Had to return a few skirts because of the size (too large). I have a hard time finding clothes that fit. The one I kept is absolutely beautiful and high quality.

I was hesitant to order based on all the negative reviews and BBB ratings but I took a chance. I ordered a sweater that I saw on Tik Tok and it took about 2 weeks for it to arrive. I tried to call customer service but the mailbox was full. I then emailed the email provided on their website and they provided me with tracking Info. I was nicely surprised to see that the sweater was quality and super cute and fit well. True to size. My experience was great but then again, I didn't really have any problems with sizes or needing to exchange anything. I will try them again. Reference: Ordered a size Small-Medium

Wouldn't say that everything is true to size. Some items were amazing, some others good but not great. You have to think being carefully before ordering and read many reviews.

Amazing chiffon skirt is so weirdly uneven in terms of length, I don't understand why. Had to use tailor to fix that

I have placed an order which I believe didn't went through and money taken after showing pending transaction on my bank within a couple of hours and I tried contacting them to raise the query which was dealt with by a bot which then told I will be contacted by chicwish within 1 working day and still waiting for them to reach me. Refund my money back. I can send proof of payment made and no order confirmation received and my account is showing no order placed. GIVE MY MONEY BACK

Simple to order. I was surprised when I did not find a label at the neck to help ensure I did not put the sweater on "backwards." I did figure it out and added an X at the back of the collar, using a permanent marker for future reference. Also missing was a label with the size of the sweater (in case I wanted to order more, which I do). It was a good fit and it felt well-made.
Speedy Shipment. Great Customer Service. I would definitely do business with ChicWish again. I purchased a leopard print maxi print skirt and the product looks EXACTLY as the image on the website. I base the sizing from the chart provided and ended up getting the X-Large. The skirt was a bigger than what I expected, but given the design of the skirt, I was very happy with the look and feel. I love my maxi skirt.,
Love this company… there is a whole bunch to look at. I spent days going through the site! I did order a few things, and the process through delivery was fantastic. Sadly, the description of the skirt I bought was incorrect. I was expecting pure white, but it was more like an ivory white. I didn't return it because I think I would still wear it. Just not for the event that it was intended for.
I'm 120 lbs, very busty, and 5'2". I ordered the 'Splendor of the Sunset Gradient Pleated Maxi Dress' in size Regular XS-S. It is very comfortable and is incredibly flattering! The length is *almost* too long; if you're shorter than me and aren't planning on wearing heels, definitely go petite.
It has been three weeks and my package has not arrived. The only way to contact them is through a chatbot that is completely useless. No one gets back to me
