My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
I like the website, and the different inspiration on how to combine the different clothing.
But I dont like the clock that spins around to urge me to buy stuff. It stresses me and makes me more reluctant buy.
However I'd did end up buying 3 items. And they were in a really nice quality - I absolutely love them!
I had bought a skirt with mesh, it s beautiful love i am now ordering another one of the same but different color very happy, indeed the skirt is exactly as it looks it looks really good on me i love it
I returned the items I bought from them because the quality just didn't fit the price. A whole month goes by after I dropped off the items at USPS and still—no notifications from them on whether they'd even received my items. So I emailed them and within a day, I get an email saying that they'll check on my refunded items in the warehouse. And within that same day, they issued my refund. So, if I didn't ask them to give me my money back, they would've kept my money and the items. Sounds pretty scammy to me.
Tip for consumers:
Their refund process is long and winding. Won’t give you your money back unless you directly ask them about it after you’ve already returned your items.

The dress doesn't come close to fitting or being styled in a way that looks similar to the photo. The color is also totally different.
They looked pretty on the model.

The quality is great for the price and shipping was fast too(I live in Canada). However I ordered xs which is typically my size but one dress I got was still a tad too big, but a shirt I got in xs was perfect.

I love this skirt, it's so flowy and very comfortable. It is beautifully made and has 2 layers of a mesh fabric and 1 more layer of another fabric. It's perfect for summer and I recommend this a lot, and it looks even prettier in person.
Do you not expect a return or exchange even if you're within the timeline. You will lose your money and product. The size do not match up with US sizes. You cannot contact anyone at this company the number is listed do not go through. Beware of ordering from this company.

Be aware of sizes. There is no customer service so we will not be able to contact anyone through returns or exchanges. You will not get your any exchanges as well.

Kept only two items. The rest were sent in for exchange and no credit was ever given or product sent back. This is a fraudulent company very disappointed as you cannot contact anyone in customer service.
The website was super easy to use and the style of the clothes is so feminine and lovely. The reason for my 3 star rating is really only because of the sizing. I should have ordered mediums in everything but the three pieces were all lovely. The ruched shirt was a little on the thin side as my nude bra was visible through the back of the shirt, but it was a beautiful cut. The material for the dress and skirt were both heavier and the skirt in particular was a nice quality weight.
Unprofessional Company. Don't buy from them.
They advertised a size that would fit my frame, and it was way too large. I wanted to return it, and they will not give me an exchange form. Just a return label. I am tired of keep calling and writing and chatting with them.
Yes, the clothes are cute, but it certainly is not the frustration and hassle.
I now know why they are not BBB accredited. They don't even offer a customer phone number!
I rarely write any negative reviews, but this is just too unprofessional of a company. I wish it wasn't because I would still order from them if it were.

I hate the fact that I got no response from the chat, phone message or email other than offering me an RMA. I kept asking for a return form to exchange for a different size, and they would not respond at all.

The online purchase was a breeze. The delivery was a bit lengthy, but I was not surprised coming out of country. The dress was beautiful but the sizing was off. I ordered a medium but the fabric has no give so sent it back for a large. I haven't heard from them yet so I hope they have received the return and the correct dress is on its way!
Experience was good except I didn't get the 15% off my first order even though I provided my email address and phone number. Also it took a while to arrive.
It was the other reviews that gave me confidence to shop ChicWish and I am not disappointed. Returns/exchanges were easy. Some of the things I ordered did fit better in a Medium and some in Large. Having initially purchased everything in Large I did exchange a couple of things.
I tried numerous times to use the discount CT20 code that I received in a text message. It would never go through. This required me to go through the ordering process filling out all my information over and over. Very frustrating. Finally sent an email reporting the issue and was given a different code to use. Finally b my order went through

This store used to have high quality clothing and the cost was worth it.
Now the material is garbage, comes from China when it used to come from the UK, and the price is the same.
One item wasn't included and the other two were awful and unwearable.
I could not return the item because they had sent it more than 40 days ago. It was already too late to return it before it had arrived at my door. That's a scam.
You sold out and it shows.

The items I ordered came in sooner than they had said it would. That's great! I eagerly tried them on with excitment. Their sizing I noticed is off (via the sizing chart before I ordered my product) so I was worried it wouldn't fit very well. I'm usually a small/medium in skirts and medium in shirts. I purchase (according to their size chart) a large skirt & medium short. The skirt is pretty dang tight but doable. The skirt fits kind of odd, but fits. The biggest issue I have is the zippers! My husband has to zip the top & skirt because for 1, they are nearly impossible to zip up or down due to the type of zipper. And 2 because they're located in the hardest spot possible to do it yourself. I spent over $80 to get this outfit & was hoping for some better quality with that price. I'm going to have to take it to someone to remove the zippers & replace them. UGH!
I was skeptical at first. However, most of the products have customer reviews WITH pictures. That alleviated any concerns I had. Also, I have been very pleased with all of the products I have ordered and already received compliments on many of them.
I must mention I was very scared when I place my order. Many companies do false advertising regarding the quality of their products. Fortunately the dress is beautiful the quality is great and shipping was good. I will buy again and I do recommend it.
Make sure you contact them when your order is listed as delivered and you don't have every item. I have twice had deliveries that did not contain every item but received the others later. It is listed in the confirmation as Order Delivered Not Partial Order Delivered. It can be confusing.

Yes there was an easy checkout but it took forever for my product to get here. Sadly when it did, I try it and it doesn't fit. I have to go return and find out returns are a huge process- and not only that I have to pay to return.
I always thought the products looked so ethereal and pretty so I wanted to give it a try. The price points are not bad too.
Originally I chose this dress for my civil wedding. I went up a size from my normal size but it wasn’t enough for my newly pregnant body. My chest area is too large now and we couldn’t zip the dress.
