My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
Said my order should be there within 10 days, but I received it a lot sooner. In mint condition.
The return label was sent ASAP.
The price was right.
Was a little skeptical at first because of the low price but I will say the Emerald ruffle evening gown will be a hit at my granddaughter wedding in November.

I fell in love with this shirt a few months ago on an ad and finally purchased it. It really is very flattering and unique. I do wish it were a little thicker as it slightly sheer.

Instead of ordering a dress I wanted, I ended up ordering a dress I left in my shopping cart by accident, so this is my second order of the day. Why wasn't my shopping card reviewed the first time. Now I have to do a bunch of extra work to cancel that first order. Annoying!

Waited for weeks for dress to arrive. Very disappointed to find fabric is see through. I would return it but as it came from China I'm not convinced I would get a refund.

Perfect fit. Can't wait to wear in the summer. I had a white top with the order that's coming separately... delivery was a little slow. But worth the wait.
The sweater is pretty, the delivery took long. I don't know if I would order from here again just for that reason.

I ordered the velvet blazer in wine red. It was delivered quite quickly and the blazer is beautiful. Very high quality and fit is excellent. Definitely will order again.
