My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).

The clothes I actually received were nice and arrived in a timely fashion, but only part of the order was in the package and no information about the rest. Currently in contact with customer support.

THIS IS THE BIGGEST JOKE EVER! I got some items from this scam website and I didn't even receive an email to confirm the purchase. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS JOKE THAT MAKES PEOPLE THINK IS A REAL COMPANY. Very annoying by this, the worst night of my life!

Quick and easy! It came sooner than expected. Some of the clothes were smaller than I thought, but my size changes from week to week :) Great quality. Loved the dresses and skirts.
The skirts are nice, long and comfy! I like the skirts that have the elastic band that stretch that way if I decided to order a medium it will still feel snug enough.
