My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
Website is a bit difficult to get around and not all sizes are available in all products. From what I can see they do look beautiful and checkout was a breeze and I loved the extra discount. After receiving the product I was pleasantly surprised by the quality although there was an issue in delay of shipping. After not seeing any movement on the website of my purchase for 4 weeks I contacted the company and the product was shipped out right away.
It's basically the same stuff you can get on Amazon. But priced higher and expensive return policy. Just go to Amazon for free returns.
I received the skirt much later than the top even though I ordered them together. Both were I'll fitting and so had to be returned.

The skirt is a lovely colour however its not true to size. Also it is very lone...to the ground and I am quite tall too.

I was going to match an outfit and the blouses looked cute on the website. However it was disappointing to know the two blouses received were poorly made.
I like it that they do follow up if I have already received the item or not.It took a little bit longer to receive the my order…

Great site to find clothes. Some clothes were shipped separately and it was confusing. Everything eventually arrived.
Sizes don' fit. If you make clothes size XS, don't put a B or C cup in it.

Took a little while to get here but nice quality make sure you check cup size before buying as they come up very small but only on cup size

I received my skirt in a week or a little over. The quality is ok. It is not a tailored fit but extremely stretchy and not very flattering. I was dubious about Chicwish but it lists an Australian warehouse on the website (or did at the time of posting this!) which made me more comfortable purchasing. The skirt shipped out of China, and I decided to return it due to fit. I was provided a return address in the US, and Australia post charges $40 to send it back, packed down in a soft bag. That is half the price of the skirt! I think it is fine to ask buyers to pay the cost of return shipping, but I wasn't expecting that. Apparently the Aussie warehouse has close d(or didn't ever exist.?) I don't like store credits...I wouldn't shop here again as this seems like the more reasonable option.
