My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
I ordered the Fan of Bowknot Crop Top in White and Timeless Favorite Chiffon Maxi Skirt in Mustard, and am thrilled by both. The shopping experience was easy, the clothes shipped quickly and I'm so impressed by the quality and how gorgeous they are! I get tons of compliments and will definitely order from ChicWish again in the future.
Chicwish has so many wonderful products and is a unique and wholesome experience to shop. Whenever I come here I stay for a long while and look at all the trends.
Tip for consumers:
The refunds policy is a bit difficult. It would be better, if there was a return formular directly in the parcel because sometimes a product might not have the right size. But I continue shopping with chicwish.

I use several dresses from the brand and have a beautiful white woven Kimono now.
I love the modest options. I just wish there were more sales. The prices are too high. I would also be very helpful to see the clothing on different body types.
Very good experience however on the checkout screen, the shipping options text was overlapping the other information. I did my shopping on my iPad, in case that makes a difference. :)
Had to wait quite a few weeks as it came from China, but pleased with the product when it arrived. Had to tidy up some of the cotton threads hanging down.

The dress is true to size. I love the sleeves. The only criticism I have is that on some areas of the dress there is stitching in a complete different colour to the grey.
Easy to view and order, sizes fit me perfect, and looked like it was all made well. Did take quite a while to get order and it was sent in a couple of different shipments, but didn't mind the wait.

I was pleasantly surprised of the great quality of the prairie coat I purchased. It fits perfectly. I receive compliments when I wear it. I love it that I want to get it in all the colors.

The dress is perfect length and very light. So comfortable! Thought the dress is a little big but with the string tie back has changed it completely. Loved it so much and cannot wait to wear it out.
