My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).

Our order was accepted but the item was back ordered and took much longer to arrive then initially promised.
The customer service was responsive to our questions, but was all virtual. There was no phone call assistance available, only emails which sometimes we're delayed by a day or two.
We chick wish because of the beautiful designs, but the stitching is hastily done with many imperfections.
