My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
Good experience but leave plenty of time for delivery if you need your items for a specific event ñ.

I saw the skirt online. It was easy to order easy to figure out what size you needed and no delays in shipping.

I wanted something to wear for Halloween.
Good selections, delivery time is longer and could be done better. Plus additional delivery charges collected locally as well despite coming in the free delivery bracket.

The experience was good, the only point is the size ranges (s-m) (m-l) which is a bit confusing because I was worried that the dress I ordered won't fit me along with the return policy of paying a fee to return the product, made the experience more of a less convenient.
Made a mistake with the order and I wish they had an option to cancel the order and re order. I had to send an email and wait for response. But once they responded the order was cancelled and I was able to place a new order.

I think the shipping information is misleading. I would not have ordered this dress if I had known it was being sent from China.
I contacted Chicwish because 10 days had elapsed and the dress had not been dispatched. The dress was sent the day I received an answer from Customer Services so I wonder if it had been forgotten

The dispatch of items seemed to take a while
Longer than the advised 3-5 business days it was I think 12 days before my items were dispatched (and after a prompting from
Me). Quality seems nice, the jumper is very soft. The seam around the neck of the jumper seems very odd though, it has seems at both shoulders making the neck stick out in an oblong way. Maybe after a was it will be better. I
I didn’t get a direct response just a standard email saying my items had been dispatched as a reply to me asking why I hadn’t received the dispatch notification email yet.

A nice black poncho that suits many style of dresses. The packaging was disappointing as the item was wrapped in a ball - not folded or packaged neatly, it was rather messy.

I only received 3 out of my 5 items.one of them was too big for me. The return procedure is very complicated. Too difficult to return the product. On the other hand I still haven't received the other 2 items12

Very pretty! I am wearing it on Halloween with the bat tulle skirt and a black blouse. It will be perfect!
I thought I would like the cut of the dress more in person, but overall the dress didn't work well for my body type and it was a little big.
Since it ships from China, and it doesn't get processed right away, it took more than 2 weeks. Skirt was smaller than US Sizing equivalent.
Still waiting for my return/exchange to be received and processed.
