My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
I ordered six items at the same time. Three arrived quickly and were good quality. After no updates for two weeks, I had to send multiple emails to ask about the remaining three items. They finally shipped after a month. One item was damaged/stained and based on how it was packaged, I assume it had been tried on previously and returned (zipper and buttons undone, poorly folded in the bag). Another item was not as pictured and will also be returned. The third was great and I'll be keeping. When I submitted the request to return the two items, I got a confirmation email saying the return label was attached but there was no attachment. Sigh….waiting on customer service…again!
Slow response and not clear on communication
When I ordered I didn't realise it would be coming from China. Good tracking in the order though so I was able to see exactly where it was.

Although I loved this beautiful dress, the armholes were too small so I had to alter them in order to wear it.

I usually think your good and products are above average quality. Unfortunately the bag I bought is below average and I saw it on Shein for half the price after seeking to return it. It wasn't financially viable to return it to you unfortunately which will make me think twice about buying any further products unfortunately.
