I was nervous ordering from ChicWish after seeing it on social media for so long but I finally decided to try it out and was not disappointed. I received all of the pieces I ordered in two separate shipments. Everything is good quality and very comfortable. I will definitely be ordering again.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).

Says you take Klarna but I didn't see it offered. I even went through Klarna who said that it was offered but it only says Afterpay is offered on your site.

Sehr schöne Sachen, allerdings das erste Mal bestellt. Rücksendung ist leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Barcode gab es keins und man muss von Österreich dann versichert um die 15€ zahlen. So kann man keine Auswahlbestellung machen...damit man vergleichen kann.
Die Kleidung ist ja nett anzusehen aber die Lieferung ist eine Katastrophe! Ich warte bereist seit 2 Monaten auf meine Bestellung - alles kommt aus China und wird dort wahrscheinlich billigts hergestellt! Ich kann nur sagen - Finger weg!

Ich war skeptisch, habe aber nun schon 2 x bestellt und gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Leider sind die Lieferzeiten oftmals länger. Man bekommt jedoch bei Fragen Antwort vom Service und fühlt sich dadugut betreut

Bref,j'ai bien une jupe d'hiver comme je souhaitai et doublee,pas aussi longue que je l aurais souhaitée.Tant pis,ça ne choque pas et elle sort du commun une retouche à la taille et bon.Mais vu le délai je reviendrai ici mais avec circonspection et surtout pas de service clientele mais un tracking et le cote humain se perd dans les murailles de Chine!

Das hat mich doch positiv überrascht. Habe Größe S bestellt, diese fällt beim Rock allerdings was größer aus aber mit ein paar Nadelstichen ist das auch erledigt.
Ich habe das erste mal bei chic wish bestellt. Bis die Bestellung bei mir war, vergingen etwas über 14 Tage und sie war auch noch nicht vollständig. Meine Nachfrage bezüglich der fehlenden Teile wurde umgehend beantwortet. Auf diese warte ich nun. Die Teile die ich bereits erhalten habe, begeistern mich sehr, insbesondere die schönen Oberteile mit Spitze. Der Größenermittler hat - bis auf bei dem jumpsuit - zuverlässig die richtige Größe ermittelt. Der jumpsuit passt, hätte aber einen Tick größer sein können.
Fazit: ich bin sehr angetan von der ersten Bestellung und werde bei „Must-Have-teilen" wieder dort bestellen.
Todo bien. Aunque me cancelásteis una prenda (un top) sin mi permiso. Y lo peor es el tema de las devoluciones, que no son gratuitas. Me ha costado 20 euros mandaros un paquete. A ver si por lo menos devolvéis el dinero.
War zuerst skeptisch da die Ware aus China kommt. Deshalb habe ich mir zur Probe ein Kleid bestellt. Ich muss sagen, das die Qualität des Kleides wunderbar ist. Es ist absolut wie abgebildet. Alle Nähte sind gerade und es hängen auch keine Fäden ab. Der Stoff ist ein zarter Hauch. Ich liebe es und vielleicht bestelle ich mal wieder. Die Lieferung dauerte bei mir 2.5 Wochen.
Hasta el momento la compra ha sido facil y de facil pago. Solo falta saber cuanto tarda el envio en llegar y la calidad de las prendas. Volverá a escribir cuando las reciba.
Ya me ha llegado el pedido. Ha tardado mucho más de lo esperado. Los productos no son malos pero los precios me siguen pareciendo un poco elevados.

Realicé un pedido el 4 de diciembre con envío urgente(previo pago de 18€) y hoy 15 de diciembre no tengo el pedido ni respuesta por parte de la empresa, si escribes te contesta un ordenador automático.

Meine Bestellung wurde nur zum Teil geliefert. Es wäre wünschenswert gewesen eine Nachricht zu erhalten, dass der andere Artikel eine längere Lieferzeit hatte und nachgeliefert wird. So öffnete ich ein Paket und fand nur die Hälfte meiner bestellten Artikel vor.
