I was glad one dress got delivered right away. Another has not been delivered yet, and by the time I realized it wasn't coming, we knew from the other one that we wanted to send it back. There was quick customer service, and they said they would cancel the other dress as it hadn't left the shop yet. I'm still waiting to see how the refunds go.

The communication with customer support was excellent.

I ordered a skirt on 12th of February for an occasion on 5th of March but it didn't arrive on time and I wasn't notified of any delay. It didn't take 3-5 business days but more like 12 business days for processing. Also it wasn't shipped from U.K. Or Belgium or Germany, as stated in terms and conditions, but from China and from there I could get 3 skirts like this for the money I payed.

I'd never shopped from this site before, but I had zero issues from start to end, which is unusual. I would use them again because of that but also because of the range of products available in flattering shapes with lovely patterns.

Items shipped faster than expected. The jacket was very deeply creased maybe if i iron it a lttle more, over all i guess i am satisfied with price it was fair. Earrings super cute. Cant wait to see how they wear.

The ordering and shipping experience was simple. The return process was very confusing. I am still awaiting a refund.

I ordered an outfit for an event. It took almost a month to process my order, then another few weeks to arrive. I completely missed the chance to wear it at my event. I can't believe it took that long to process my order.

I am so ln love with the quality and colors of this dress.

When I handwashed the dress, the red rubbed off on the beige collar and fake pockets. The dress still looks pretty nice, but not as nice as when the beige was more vibrant. It'd be nice if you could provide instructions on how to wash the dress without tainting the collar and fake pockets.

Received the order very quickly. I like that a followup email was sent to make sure order was received. Great customer service.

One of the items did not fit well but working with customer service was a good experience. I will continue to shop with them

So after 17 days the order arrived. Paid £56 including 10% off for a dress that despite looking lovely in the website is actually made of stiff, scratchy acrylic material. I wish I'd taken notice of the other reviews about the delivery time, as I had to email after 14 days to see where it was. Not worth the hassle of returning it. Maybe I could use it to line the dog's bed.

Product was as advertised and looks very nice. Company very quick in returning emails.
