Loved the photo of the 3 items I bought, but they looked even better when they arrived. Overall excellent quality. Took a while to arrive but was definitely worth waiting for. Will purchase from Chicwish again.

Both sweaters fit oddly and were unflattering. One had a hole and a button broke. It wasn't clear in the returns explanation that a prepaid label isn't offered to Canadian customers. So I paid $30 to send them back.

Waited a bit long but overall quality of the order was pretty good. The sizing though seemed geared to smaller on the top and curvier bottom of frame, which doesn't work for me. Overall nice material quality.

If you order three items and the product is back ordered, you should be made aware that only two items are shipping and one is back ordered in the packing list. The lack of communication and number of emails that had to be sent to get an answer from customer service was incredibly frustrating. Still not sure what's happening with my credit for the return if the return was received for the skirt it's just a bit of a nightmare.

Love the quality of my pants and I received them very quickly.

The dress when it arrived was nice but the delivery was so slow the event I ordered it for had come and gone. Also trying to return the said item has proved difficult. I have filled in the relevant return info and have not received anything to enable me to send it back. Can you help?
