I ordered a skirt and couple of pairs of earrings to add $10 to get free shipping. The skirt came 12 days later. I didn't know it was coming in two shipments. After five days of receiving the earrings, I messaged them about the skirt. They responded in a few minutes, included the tracking for the skirt. The skirt arrived in the mail yesterday, four weeks after placing the order. I'm leary of Chinese websites and products. I could not find a skirt I liked in stores or on a western website. I took the risk. The skirt is as depicted on the website. I used the chart for the skirt and not the general size chart. It does fit.
The items I received were nice looking of decent quality, but they took a very long time to arrive and exchanging things was a hassle. When I received my exchange, it was the wrong size and working with customer service was a slow and frustrating process. After going to the trouble to make the return, I only received less than a dollar in refunds, as they counted the points I used to make the purchase against me, even though the points I earned were from the exchange that I paid to return in the first place.
Purchased handbag for holiday party three weeks before event taking into consideration delivery was supposed to take 7-14 days. Purse arrived late (after December 14th). Impossible to use website to create return request. Had to google chicwish's customer support email as the chat bot wouldn't even work. I can tell they were making it more hassle to return something in hopes I would give up. The support team was surprisingly fast once I did email, but was told I would have to pay the shipping return since I live in Europe. That is something I've never come across before. Long story short, I wouldn't use a this company again.

On November 20th I ordered a Christmas fun outfit, 3 items, to wear on a few occasions before Christmas. 2 items arrived but the 3rd a sweater hasn't yet so, I wasn't advised of the delay, if I had been I could've chosen something else. Disappointed.

Delivery took ages. Customer service team did respond immediately when I emailed querying this, explaining waiting on new stock. That's fine but would have been nice to be warned of this when ordering. No point in ordering if u want something quickly.

Disappointed that shipping was from China, despite saying otherwise on their website. However, shipping was speedy and majority products arrived in one parcel.
I chose Chicwish because I was looking for something subtle for Halloween office wear. The bat skirts were perfect and full dress suggestions were available

My second buy from Chicwish. My first was a lightweight knee length coat with a colourful pattern of Indian ladies on it. I receive compliments on it every time I wear it. It makes me wonder why so many folks like to dress in black and brown! Also very good if someone is looking for you in an airport - or other busy space!

I've worn this skirt twice and it's a little big on me but I rolled up the waistband twice and it's fine. I'm only 5 feet tall so without doing that it's at my ankles. Love the pattern of black with candy canes on it. Got lots of compliments 🥰

Social media shopping can be frustrating bc it takes weeks (or months) to get products delivered. This order was for a Halloween outfit to wear for work. It was ordered on Oct 1 & arrived within 2 weeks. The quality was better than expected. I'm a happy customer 😊

Very happy query the product. The time to delivery took longer than expected based n on pay experiences. The local delivery service used was not great, they delivered off hours/very late and missed a delivery opportunity before.

I was nervous ordering from ChicWish after seeing it on social media for so long but I finally decided to try it out and was not disappointed. I received all of the pieces I ordered in two separate shipments. Everything is good quality and very comfortable. I will definitely be ordering again.
Customer service responded quickly to my email to let me know I would be receiving two shipments when I originally did not receive everything in the first order. I was quite pleased with the response time and as told, the remaining items showed up about a week after the first shipment. No problems!

One of the 2 dresses I bought does not fit. Need to return 1 but Co does not provide return label for Australia customer which is a setback. Have spoken with customer service and patiently with many to and fro, we manage to solve the problem. I have some store credit returns. I don't mind that because the other dress is perfect fit so hopefully my future experience will be good.

I really appreciate the collages of looks that Chic Wish provides. I'm not sure if those are on the site, but I get them emails and it is a great way to see a variety of items that go together. There are cute items here. I have not had a bad experience yet with any item.

I was searching online for stores similar to other stores where I already make purchases and came across ChicWish. When I looked at the available products, there were many items that caught my interest.
The jewelry I chose was simply because I needed more gold jewelry and the pieces I saw looked like they'd compliment existing outfits I had. I chose the sweaters because of their unique designs. I was happy to find that they seemed high quality when I received the sweaters. I liked or loved all the products I received and I plan on making purchases again in the future.

Everything was exactly as it appeared online and fit well. Shipping takes long since it's international, which I didn't realize when ordering, but everything got here. The one shirt that didn't fit I thought would be tough to return, considering the international shipping, but there was a US address for returns, which made things very easy.

I have many pieces from Chicwish. I've been highly satisfied and happy with ALL of them. The shipping does take a while as would be expected, but I always feel like I get great quality for the price I pay.

They fit my style…kind of an older, vintage feel, almost like the 50s or something. I love the style of nearly everything they offer, but the ones I picked fit my personality well and are much more affordable than other brands.

I love the clothing, but if something does not fit well, it is a pain to make any returns. I had to return a few things last year and I ended having to pay $15 for each of the items I returned. Now I am more hesitant to order because of this high cost

I found the item I was looking for very easily, following a Pinterest link, my size was available, and the price was fair. Occasionally it takes Chicwish a long time to ship me products, but this arrived quickly.

I would recommend some more clarity over shipping as I paid a bit extra to get it in time for an event, but I wasn't aware there is a week of order/prep time before it shipped out.

The variety on offer at ChicWish is pretty impressive. I'd say you could find anything you needed for any occasion here. The quality of material is good for the price. My only gripe would be the lack of clarity in terms of shipping and timing. I wasn't sure when my purchase would arrive, since that was never clear throughout the customer journey. I work from home so it wasn't too big of an issue, but it does make planning a little difficult. Order in advance if in doubt.
