This is a great hand knitted cardigan and fits perfect to size. I wish it came in more colours, especially black. Looks good over a T shirt with jeans. Delivery took quite a while but delivered when stated.
This store is a scam. Check out their website and notice they don't provide an actual email or phone number to contact them. That's for a reason… They'll pretend like they are "short on material" and won't send you what you paid for. Shop at your own risk.
Beautiful skirt and dress, both in terms of style and quality. The customer service was also great - I had one delayed package and the customer service team responded promptly to my query. Thank you! - will be back there to purchase again!

I am very frustrated with my experience thus far. I ordered my outfit (skirt and top) a month ago and still have not received my package. I received notification that it shipped on Dec. 4, but after 10 days is still not in my hands. I had planned to wear this outfit for a Christmas party this past weekend, but obviously was not able to do so.

I am unable to return an order - the item was defective. I've reached out via the chat function but have not received a reply or a return label. The website indicates that the order is still processing. Also because the product was defective - one side of the garment was significantly longer than the other - I should not be charged for return shipping.

I was notified that I would receive my order in two shipments when half of my order was dumped outside of the building instead of being left with the receptionist just inside. There has been no additional communication as to when the other item might arrive. One star too many

A nightmare because I am trying to simply return a few items from my order and it's nearly impossible! I have been told to just go and return them on my own and send an email with the items I am returning and they will speed up the process. I understand this stuff comes from china and takes longer than normal but not being able to return it a day after it arrives easily is ridiculous.
they are nice but the process has become so difficult. at holiday time I really don't have the extra time to deal with this!!!!

Chicwish gives the impression they are a US Company. The truth is their products are made and shipped from China.
Consequently the shipping times are much longer than those quoted on the order. I ordered two items for Christmas on Nov 29th, both arrived on Dec 27. Since they are of no use to me now, I am having to pay the shipping to return them.

It was my first time shopping from Chicwish and was satisfied and will shop again. I had to order in two different sizes to find out which size fits better. The design color are as you see in the pictures.

I have many pieces from Chicwish. I've been highly satisfied and happy with ALL of them. The shipping does take a while as would be expected, but I always feel like I get great quality for the price I pay.
Shopped with them before and always been very happy.
They fit my style…kind of an older, vintage feel, almost like the 50s or something. I love the style of nearly everything they offer, but the ones I picked fit my personality well and are much more affordable than other brands.

I love tulle skirts so much and this online store is perfect. I ran into a snag with shipping when only half my order arrived. I checked its status online and contacted customer service because it was showing as shipped and I had no tracking info. CS sent me a link which didn't work, and I reached out again. Apparently they can see information that I can't based on what he was telling me to look at that wasn't there. I tried explaining that as well as the link not working or not being in the system and I Ty was like the person I was emailing with didn't read my message. I was told to wait a few days more than once with conflicting information so I didn't know what to think. I got the remainder of my order in about two weeks. All in all love the skirts! CS could possibly maybe perhaps listen to what is said and say more than wait. But that was just one guy so I'm guessing there's lots of other people who are stellar at their job.

Shipping took much longer than I expected, and both products. Both products I ordered needed some modifications to make them fit properly, but in the end I love both items.
1 skirt had a lining that was 2 sizes smaller then the skirt itself, so I cut it out. The other item, a top, needed a few stitches in the mesh to hold it in place (to stop if from riding up).

I ordered a skirt I saw advertised on Facebook. I used the size guide to determine what I needed based on my measurements, and it fits perfectly. From the time I placed my order, communication has been forthright and accurate. I knew my skirt was coming from overseas and how long to expect to wait. They did better than promised, and the skirt I got is adorable in person. I get tons of compliments. I'd definitely order from Chicwish again.

Despite I paid fast shipping, it took more than 10 days to fulfill my order, I ended up canceling it.
They have cool products, unique and elegant but we live in Amazon Same Day delivery era, but their support policy isn't impressive.

Placed my order on 23/11/24 and to date it has not arrived and it is now 22/12/24. It was apparently handed over to the delivery artist on 17/12/24. Too slow for my liking so unfortunately I will not be ordering again.

I instantly liked the silver sequin skirt with the fluffy ballet cardigan and was delighted to get a discount off these two items. However, on checking the site a few days later realised how long my order was going to take! I contacted chicwish and they refunded my payment a few days later.

I ordered my skirts the weekend after Thanksgiving, & the website said the product would arrive in 8-10 business days. My skirts arrived a few days before Christmas. Although I didn't get to wear them as much as I wanted, they were very comfortable & exactly as pictured..

I love this skirt. It is very well made and so pretty. My only problem is that I didn't listen to the people who said it runs big, so I need to return it for a smaller size. You won't be disappointed in purchasing this skirt!

I like the quality of the clothes but they sent the product in a bag that said it was biodegradable when it clearly was not. Obviously they just took a regular plastic bag and wrote "biodegradable" on it so buyers would think they are a company that cares about sustainability. Kind of skeezy. It would be better if it just said nothing at all.

The clothes are really cute design and the quality seems great.
The only con is that the shipment took a while to arrive in America, so give your order a lot of lead time.
Their customer service is very responsive and helpful too.

My second buy from Chicwish. My first was a lightweight knee length coat with a colourful pattern of Indian ladies on it. I receive compliments on it every time I wear it. It makes me wonder why so many folks like to dress in black and brown! Also very good if someone is looking for you in an airport - or other busy space!

Ordered items and upon delivery was advised via a paper note inside that it had been split. The 2nd parcel is yet to arrive and the tracking isn't helpful. I've tried to use chat functionality to check on order but it doesn't work and so have sent a message on Instagram but there has been no reply as of yet.
Have said somewhat as the product is lovely.
