My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).

Shipping and quality is great but the refund process is not transparent and still didn't receive it for two returns I sent back January
I wish chicwish notified me that one of the items in the order will be delayed or not available anymore. I would have ordered something else. I only found out because I just got a refund.
Order arrived yesterday I'm positively impressed impressed by the quality and sizing is spot on thank goodness I was worried about it as I bought something so close to Christmas but all is good
