Unfortunately I had to wait five weeks for delivery with no communication from Chicwish until I emailed them to chase up!
Due to this it would be doubtful I would ever ordered from this website again.

If a product is not in stock it would be better customer service for Chicwish to contact customers instead of customers having to chase up information.

For the cost of the dress, I was expecting a higher quality of stitching; the top doesn't lay flat across the chest, but bulges out slightly. Also, the zipper doesn't zip all the way down, because the stitching (assuming this is a mistake) runs over to cover up the bottom 1/4 of the zipper. It was the case in both dresses. Luckily, it was able to zip down enough to get it on.

I ordered a skirt and 2 sweaters. The skirt was so small. I returned it. Cost me $15 and the skirt was $70. I have yet to see an exchange or a credit to my account. I also ordered 2 sweaters and only received 1. I would not recommend this company as there seems to be no customer service. I'm out over $100 with nothing to show for it.

I cannot get off your survey site. I chose not to answer the survey. The only way I found, was to take my time, which I did not want to spend, to answer your survey. Please think about that practice and consider opting out easier.

I first saw ChicWish through an online ad, and was cautious about a new to me seller.
I compared the hat I was considering to similar products on Etsy. Some of the photos in the customer reviews on Etsy looked different that what their shops were advertising. I was looking for a croched costume hat, and some of the Etsy reviews looked like the shipped products were felt. I am happy with the croched witches hat I received from ChicWish. I think it looks much classier than the options in the big box Halloween stores, and cost a third of the price.

I returned one of the items. I was not able to print up the return shipping label. I tried several times and several emails to your company but still was not able to print up shipping label return. So I ended up having to pay upfront to return via USPS. Then I was still charged an additional $5.90 for Label Fee that I never received. I even put a note in the package saying that I paid for my own shipping and in my return notice I am still charged. I would like to be credited the additional $5.90 for the label fee that I never was able to print up.

I could not print up shipping label. They told me to try again in couple of days, I did still did not work. Then they told me to ship it myself without prepaid label. so I did so I ended up paying for shipping twice. Your company charged me for a label fee when I never even was able to print up the label to use. I had to send USPS with my own label. Please reimburse me for the $5.90 label fee

I ordered the same sweater in the SM and in the L/XL. Didn't like fit for either. Took a month to receive! Now I'm in the returns process and have sent them back. I hope the returns process is better than the purchase process!

I contacted ChicWish to find out where my shipment was, but didn't get any info about expected arrival date, just that it was still in process.

That is all I can say. I let them know that I did not receive my package and all they keep telling me is that it was delivered. I understand that the company is saying that they delivered it but I am letting you know that I never received it. It should not be be difficult for $40.00 item. Have to do a dispute with my credit card company now.

The dress looks nice, but it took over 3 weeks to arrive, and finally arrived after the event I wanted to wear it for…
It looks nice and seems good quality, maybe a bit thin. Now to see about returning it… *sigh*

Bought 3 dresses to choose for my wedding reception as well as daughter's christening. Was looking for an elegant dress that would stand out without it being overly simple and dull. They were all great and very cheap price. They look sophisticated and stunning.

The dress looks good on the picture and in reality. Nevertheless, the zipper does not function the way it should. It is impossible to open the zipper all the way down. I must struggle to put the dress on, and this is really inconvenient. I am considering to change the zipper. Have your customers ever had the same problem or I am the only one?

In won't be buying again. I went to return a skirt that cost me $45 and the postage was $21 which I think is ridiculous. I would much prefer to buy from online stores that provide return postage for under $10 like The Iconic and Shein.

I was really looking forward to receiving my items. Unfortunately, one of the items never shipped, so I had to follow-up with that. Then when trying to return both items, the return label was addressed to ME. I had to print my own label and pay to have it shipped.

When one of my items didn't ship - CS had it shipped immediately.

I was sceptical at first when seeing the reviews about the store but I would definitely recommend them as the clothing I bought from was high quality and my delivery did not take that long to come. My only problem I have was that I didn't receive a confirmation email but it did state my order was confirmed on their sight, I wasn't able to track my order but still receive my items within an reasonable time

It did not allow me to use Paypal. I was constantly told to select a shipment method even though I did and it did not allow me to process. The help chat was not useful only telling me to try again when i had. It accepted the card no problem but i wanted to be safe.

I needed to return a sweater that was extremely large. It was suggested on the site to purchase that size. I did not register, but checked out as a guest. First lesson learned! Register your information with your order. It took me 5 emails to get the correct information on how to return the sweater. I sent the sweater back. I have yet to hear confirmation of its return.

Dress took too long to arrive. It didn't fit correctly so I needed to return it. The return process was complicated and I had to pay shipping. Not acceptable to me. I will not be ordering from them again.

Returns are a nightmare and a total ripoff. Me being petite, I wanted to try something and just to try on, it cost me 50% of what I paid for the items, due to shipping expenses and restocking the returned items.

Think twice before using this service. I wouldn't recommend unless you were 100% sure on a size or material.

It took me about a month to receive my order (which was later than estimated) and I only received updates because I was responding to the confirmation email I received to find out updates which was a little annoying. But, I am mostly happy with what I got.

I loved the images online for the products online for years, very nice styling but everything is polyester and very small. Ok if you are a petite woman. I suppose they make them to suit a small person not normal European sizing. I think they should base sizes on marks and Spencer sizing as it's more realistic. ( uk brand)

Almost everything I've bought from Chicwish has been cute, comfortable, and fun. A few items weren't quite my style or what I was looking for, but reviews from other customers really helped make sure I was buying items I would love.

Excited to get my order, only to be completely disappointed with what I received. Sizes are not accurate and the sweater arms were so tight I could barely get it on. Tried to return, but accidently sent to Amazon with another return, so I am still out the money.

Have not received my refund on dress returned in the 30 day window and in the proceeding 10 business days as stated on company's return policy. No response from chat bot and no customer service number available. Worst company ever.

Terrible, received no response.
