My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
I loved the designs and options available in chicwish for all kind of personalities
I ordered a dress, 2 pairs of earrings and a necklace in April. I received my order in May, that too I had email them about my order. They said we waiting for butterfly earrings as it is out of stock. I said deliver whatever is in stock and cancel those earrings. But that too took too long to get delivered. My question is why are you fooling your customers? If something is out of stock notify on site as sold out. I am so damn frustrated and disappointed that I won't ever buy from this site. It's a shame that they have got cute stuff but can't trust them.
The emailed to chicwish and the gentleman was rude. So I don’t want to purchase anything from this site anymore.

The dress feels, fits, and looks amazing. The problem is I payed for the fastest shipping method available, but the dress took forever to be shipped from the store. Therefore, it arrived later than expected, and I couldn't wear it in the event I bought it for.
