Have not received my refund on dress returned in the 30 day window and in the proceeding 10 business days as stated on company's return policy. No response from chat bot and no customer service number available. Worst company ever.

The items came quicker than expected, which is great. I wasn't completely happy with the fit of one sweater, so I used the free return with store credit. My return shows it was delivered to the return address, but I haven't heard back about the status of my credit...

Still waiting over two weeks later on the status of my return.

I have ordered many pieces from Chicwish over the years, from delicately embroidered
Tulle skirts to big, chunky sweaters to bathing suits. The clothes take a long time to be delivered, but they are beautiful and good quality. Chicwish has styles I haven't been able to find anywhere else.

I bought 4 tops and have to return 3 because of sizing issues. I loved all of them, the quality was as expected but I was very disappointed that after reviewing the sizes I ordered all in size L and have to return 2 for being way too big and 1 for being way too small.

I placed the order on the 12th of September, the items appeared all to be in stock at the time of purchase and I also paid for the express shipping. I should have received the order in about 2 weeks. Since I heard nothing from the shop, I sent a question about my order, 2 weeks after, when as per the initial plan, I should have expected the shipment. I was told that one of the item was not in stock and the shipment was waiting for the stock replenishment for that item. I received the shipment 4 weeks after the order. Situations like this can be solved differently: maybe a question if I want to drop the specific item; maybe a partial shipment or anything else than silence and a charge for an express delivery that has never happened!

I had a great experience shopping for my fall wardrobe with ChicWish. They had the perfect fall skirt and the ordering and shipping process was as easy as can be. I reached out for an update on my shipping status and the ChicWish team was prompt in their reply.

Super fast response in the same day put my mind at ease with my order.

I'm overall quite satisfied with everything, the first time that I was able to keep all of the items I ordered. However I wish everything would have arrived in the same package, overall I received the 7 items in 4 different packages, so much plastic waste!

I really love the wide range of choices and designs I couldn't find in other stores - especially your rich selection of long skirts. I had so many interesting and unique designs to chose from! After getting the products I find them to be of high quality. The experience in the website was clear and easy. I don't mind waiting longer for the delivery.

Not happy with quality of material and sizing, seems product will come all different ways, not the same every time, even when purchasing the same item and size but in different color...Very frustrating and disappointing...

Will not bother with wasting my time, they will send whatever they want...

It was easy to select and order items. The clothes I ordered were true to images. It' s worth the efffort. Took a bit longer to arrive, so you have to plan your order if you want it to arrive for the occasion.

This is a scam site. The items I received are garbage, but I'm stuck with them because this company forces customers to pay for shipping. Clearly a tactic to ensure everyone keeps the cheap garbage they receive because they know shipping is expensive and it's unreasonable to expect customers to pay to return items they already paid for.

Unhelpful and unresolved.

I'd hoped my order would have arrived sooner as I'd wanted to wear one of the items to a specific event. Quality of the items I selected is decent but the quality of the Lucky Bag items was poorer - I should have realised it was too good to be true - it was a strange mix of things including a sparkly skirt (might be useful as fancy dress) a cheap looking summer dress, poorly fitting top, Christmas socks, a cheap belt and a weird bone themed ring. Can't return Lucky Bag items, so I guess I'll try to sell or give to charity. Won't be using chicwish again.

Everything was good. I was nervous because I saw it on an Instagram ad which alwasy makes me nervous because I have been scammed before from buying things off of ads, but this site is legit and their clothes are cute and quality.

I was very disappointed with how the witches hat was packaged. The hat was folded and bent. I was never able to reshape it. It does not look like how its pictured due to all the permeant creases and dents.

I really loved one of the products, but the other 2 products I wanted to return. I started the return process but was confused by it and in the end it wasn't worth paying for shipping to ship it back. So, I guess it is just a wash.

Everything is cute and looks like the pictures, I wish the delivery was a little quicker though at some point I was wondering if I had actually bought the items or only thought about buying the items it they were taking so long.

I purchased two skirts from Chicwish. The one skirt I received two weeks after I placed the order. When I went online to determined the status of my 2nd skirt, the website didn't even list the skirt as part of the order. I could not figure out why the skirt wasn't showing up as even pending. It took two emails to Chicwish to even get any acknowledgment of the 2nd skirt. It finally was shipped 3 weeks after the initial order! This took way too ship to me! The website says shipment occurs within 8-10 days, not three weeks! Poor communication on Chicwish's part.

No response from my website inquiry and then email to customer service.

I ordered a unique dress, but getting it was not what I expected. Despite being charged at the time of purchase, I wasn't given a receipt or order number. I eventually submitted a ticket through the support contact. It was weeks of back and forth but I did finally get a receipt with order number, but was told the item was out of stock. A month after purchase I did get the dress, but will not purchase here again. After looking at the BBB info, it looks like I was one of the lucky ones and actually received my order. The dress is neat, but not worth the poor experience. For those that choose to purchase anyway, I'd suggest ordering a size smaller than normal since it runs large.

Long back and forth. They did respond to my emails but the overall purchase experience was not worth it.

I paid for faster shipping so it would arrive sooner, but apparently the dress was on back order. I was not informed of this. I had to reach out after waiting 2 weeks to find out what was happening. The order was delayed, without any notification. On enquiry I was advised that the fabric was out of stock, hence the wait. The product colour is not the same as the image on the website, and the dress is a bit odd. Long wait for something that isn't fabulous.

I followed the measurements on Chicwash after measuring my waist it is 90cm I ordered the xxl, but when it arrived it was way too big.
I have had to take it to a dressmaker to adjust.
Also the zip on the skirt is quite stiff and hard to zip up and down.
The courier company used in Australia (YunExpress) is very slow at delivering it took 19 days to arrive and sat in a warehouse in Sydney for around six days ( I could see this via the tracking app) before spending another 4 days sitting in another warehouse 1 hour from my address. Because of this I did not have time to send back to chicwash to get the correct size, and wait possibly another 20 or more days to get the order.

After placing my order, the status of the order stayed at processing. After a week I used the chat option to check on the status and it said the order had shipped. A few days after that I did receive an email with a shipping tracking number. It took about 3.5 weeks to receive my order. Even though the status stayed at processing, I did receive it and I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Late delivery. I took ages for the dress to come. Usually I wear size M, but this one was quite big on me. I sent it back. Eventually I received am email from the carrier that the package has need delivered to the warehouse. But I never got a confirmation email that they received it. I contacted them many times until I got back a reply. Poor communication. At the end, after a month I, finally received the dress in a smaller size, but the chest is still be and it needs a seamstress.
