My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
Shipping is a bit slow, but the dress I ordered fit the description on line.

The variety of the pieces is good and the fit is nice. Good that it is inclusive of bigger sizes. My only if is the quality of the fabrics. They are not very breathable and make you sweat quite a bit. Was expecting a bit more from this part

Exactly what I wanted
I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding, one for myself and one for my mom and paid for express shipping. It took forever to get an update on the dresses - once I got it, I figured both dresses were shipped. I was wrong, 1 dress showed up the day before and no sign of the dress that I ordered for my mom.
Unfortunately, she had to scramble to find a dress for the wedding day of and we still don't have any confirmation of the dress ordered for her. Truly a disappointing and frustrating process.
UPDATE: ChicWish customer service reached out and was able to refund the purchase of the dress that didn't show up plus the shipping.

There are so many fake dress sites online that I carefully researched ChicWish. I was a bit skeptical since the items are beautiful and the prices are great. Glad I took the chance as the 2 dresses I purchased were exactly as described and beautiful. I will be back when I need a new outfit!
