My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).

Ok super easy, clear order passages and Infos, two weeks delivery
I ordered 4 tops. One arrived. I got no response from Chicwish to my three inquiries about the remaining tops. It took a complaint to PayPal for them to send the remaining three items. You can't call Chicwish, the only contact is through their online chat -- it said that they would respond within a day, but they never responded.
They didn't respond to me. It took intervention from PayPal for them to respond.

My order came in two shipments. One pretty soon after I ordered, the other several weeks later. It was almost so long that if I had to ship them both back I would have missed the return deadline on the first one. It took a really long time for the second dress to arrive and I didn't love it so I returned it. I probably wouldn't order again because it took so long.
Ordering was easy. However my tulle skirt was quite badly creased. Had considered returning but liked the style of the skirt. Comes midi length on my 5ft 4 inch height.
I didn't receive a reply when I asked for recommendations for getting the creases out the tulle skirt.

I ordered the exact same size Embossed Texture V-Neck Cami Top in both the black and the pumpkin. The black fit perfectly, but the Pumpkin was too small. I even ordered a second one to make sure. I placed the order specifically for the Pumpkin color, and although I like the black, I was very upset that the color I actually wanted didn't fit the same as the black color. I kept the black one, and I had to take the Pumpkin one to a Tailor, so, I had to spend money on top of the purchase cost.
No one got back to me.

Good site with lovely clothing. Uncomplicated shopping experience with good prices. The sizes could be more inclusive for all outfits however because you get the feeling that a lot of the crop lace tops that I like run small or aren't available for women who have ampler bosoms. I feel left out in these item categories. But the skirts are pretty much inclusive.

I had ordered a large because I assumed it was my size. When I checked the size guide I realized I needed XL so I contacted customer service about doing an exchange. She gave me very clear and easy instructions

Metallics are very fashionable right now and this classic fit and flare jacquard black with gold & silver was perfect for a church wedding to pair with silver accessories

I have had to place my order several times today including raising a query as the order would not go through. I have now managed to place the order but it didn't allow me to use the 10% off code which is on your website: CM10 which means I have paid more than expected for the items. Not a pleasant shopping experience
Some of the sizes advertised are very different from actually wearing it. Outfits arrived slightly late and in different parcels. Some outfits are very good value for money.

They looked good. I mature shopper so it will be nice to see plus size model advertising it so get real feel of how the outfits will look on plus size.
