Didn't ship out right away because apparently they were out of stock on some items I had ordered. Then it took 3 weeks to get here. Won't order from again.

Nothing was done to speed up the order, even though I had to wait for items to come back in stock

I was pleasantly surprised at the quick delivery. Also the quality is great. It's always hard to tell from a picture but this skirt and top did not disappoint.

I've had a few things the delivery can take while so need to order way in advance if need it for something special. Sizing is very hit and miss unfortunately.

My items shipped fairly fast, and were all in great quality upon arrival. They wash well on delicate wash inside out. I love the holiday aspect to everything as well.

I have liked everything I have ordered from the site, just make sure that you don't try to order anything too last minute or you won't receive it in time. Allow about 2 to 3 weeks. The items I ordered last time did not make it in time for their intended use, but I will wear them some other time.

It did take almost a month for my order to arrive, which seems like a long time. When I decided to return my order, that process was easy to initiate. My package is still making its way back, so I'm not sure how long it will take to get my refund.

As expected and perfect for the eras tour. I should've sized up one more, despite it fitting perfectly on body but my arms felt slightly restrained but good nonetheless.

Really like the sweater. Took a little longer than expected for delivery even when choosing faster shipping option. But otherwise the sweater fits well, good quality yarn.

Great quality and styles, shipment just takes a while. Also when returning item(s) the customer as to pay money to ship back which is a huge downside is something doesn't look good/fit well

I had to look quite carefully to see the button for buying، though others might find it more easily۔ Then I waited almost exactly a month for the arrival of my dress۔ I was prepared to wait، though، and the quality made the wait worthwhile۔ Thank you!

I wasn't all that thrilled with my purchase, however, I would consider buying again from Chicwish if they had a free return policy. But otherwise, it isn't worth taking another risk and ordering again.

I wanted a striped cardigan and found one I liked on ChicWish. Loved being able to see the styling ideas they offer and pictures from customers wearing the item. Communication was great.

I have been shopping with Chicwish for a few years and I have never been disappointed. Their clothes are good quality, great staple pieces and also unique pieces that no one else will be wearing. I have never had a problem with receiving my orders or returning them. They could do a better job at describing the clothes item online - for example, naming the fabric and/or fabrics that the item consists of and whether the size is based on U.S. sizing or Asian sizing.
Additionally, along the way, I have realized a couple of things that I may have missed in the 'small print':
1. Shipping is not the fastest and, in my case, the longest was up to a couple of months. I purchase a lot of things online and Chicwish does not tell you your expected date of delivery upfront. The email stating that there is a delay came when the product was already in the U.S. and it arrived quickly afterwards. I would have expected the email much earlier in the process.
2. You can ship any item that you are returning for free if you let them keep the money you paid for the item as a credit on your account. Otherwise, you pay for shipping.

Customer service was done via email and I could tell that I was interacting with an actual person. They were very accommodating and addressed my return issue patiently and immediately. I had lost the email containing the label need to make my return.

This is my second purchase with chicwish. The skirts I bought are well made and very pretty. They come unwrinkled too. I would give 5 stars all around but delivery was fairly slow compared to what I'm used to with Amazon.

They responded right away. I appreciated that.

Wary of imported items but these are really nice quality style and fit.

It did get to me faster than I'd expected. Within 3 weeks. I was shocked at how much the design for the skirts matched the pictures. But I just couldn't comprehend how low quality it would feel. It also looks it but only if you look up close.

I ordered a dress and was expecting it to be delivered after the said order processing time.
Nothing happened and I contacted the chat to ask about shipping information. Then I was told the dress was not in stock and they were waiting for it to be produced. That was no information I had received before and if I hadn't asked no one would have told me. If I had known that from the beginning I wouldn't have purchased the dress.
When I finally received the dress, summer season was already over where I live… I'm not happy with this shopping experience.

I received the wrong information from the chat conversation. When I sent an email I got other information.

I am ordering from ChicWish a couple of times. My experience is very good- delivery is fast, clothes are good quality, if I have some questions about my order, the personal is answering very quickly. I am totally satisfied!

I bought a party dress (first buy) but, despite being it a gorgeous piece, it did not fir me well. I exchanged for three other pieces that were just perfect!

Dispatch was slow and started to wonder if I'd been scammed, but they finally replied and told me they were re stocking, so waited about a month, glad in the end, as it's lovely

I have good experiense about purchase. ChicWish is very unique about look sets and style. It helps lots of women to find out what piece of clothes matches each other.

Took a long time to arrive and when it did I was extremely disappointed with the quality of thw product.
It was very thin, cheap fabric and you can see straight through it. Won't be wearing it and because such a nightmare to return it's gone straight in the bin!
