My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
Took a long time to arrive and when it did I was extremely disappointed with the quality of thw product.
It was very thin, cheap fabric and you can see straight through it. Won't be wearing it and because such a nightmare to return it's gone straight in the bin!

I lost the password I created for my account and for some reason I never received the link to reset my pw. I reached out to customer service to fix the issue they asked me to create an account which I couldn't because the account already existed. They asked me to create another account which I did. I had to return my order because it fit me big and now, nobody is getting back to me. I show the return was already received and yet the credit is not in my account. Very disappointed as to how hard this has been.

Love the company, customer service and gowns. Wished the gown I bought showed the extra high slit or I would chose something else. The mermaid red with gems was indeed a gem.

One shoulder complement body type (wide shoulder) and gowns can be washed at home.
Ordered items were back ordered but once notified the outfit was needed asap for a party, customer service shipped them to a new address and items were received in time. Thank you!

I used to love shopping in Chicwish because their clothes are so well made & classy looking. Now, their products only look good on their website. The craftsmanship & material are so cheap and sloppy.

I kept a coat that more than likely I would have returned but it was such a production that I am making due with the coat and will either wear, donate or give to someone.
I reached out to Chicwish because I had some questions about returning my product and no one followed up with me. Disappointing. I will not be shopping on this site anymore.
The clothes are exceptional quality and comfy. Great prices on most items. The shipping time was longer than expected but ordered far enough in advance that the wait was ok

Unique and hadn’t seen anything like them. And the price was great.
Shopping and delivery experience was smooth, but only one of my purchases fit comfortably and true to size. Shirt had a chemical/cigarette odour to it that made it unwearable.
Picture matches product. It was better than I expected. I'm between a M and L. Chose L and it fit perfectly. Delivery takes a little longer, but not outrageously so.

There was a "delivery exception" with my order which caused my shipment to get returned to the sender (not sure why), I received my shipment a week or two late because of this.
At first I was hesitant to order but I'm really happy with my purchase. It took a few days to receive confirmation but the products were delivered within 2 weeks and the quality and material are really good.

I was kept informed re the delivery after I emailed asking how long it would take. It was longer than I'd hoped (2-3 weeks) but unlike bad reviews I'd read, I cannot fault the service.
