Honestly I was so nervous because I thought I was not going to get it on time. I emailed customer service and they responded within 24 hours, I told them I was hoping to receive it before Easter and they told me it shipped. A day before Easter I received my item and was elated!
The skirt is exactly as pictured and great quality!

I enjoyed looking at the site. I just wish that when you selected an item and put it in the cart it would take you directly back to the page you were on. Instead you have to search and scroll through items you have already looked at.
It would also be nice to see the return policy without having to go look it up online,

Love this dress, the fabric is so pretty but I used the size chart to pick a medium and it is much more like an extra small. The shoulders, bust and arms are very tight and I will have to send it back.

I had an issue with payment with Paypal. I tried several times, but I could not place an order with Paypal as I kept getting an error. I reached out to help support, but they were not helpful...In the end, I'm not sure if it's an issue with Paypal or Chicwish's website. I have no issues ordering with Paypal on other sites. I ended up paying with another form of payment which I didn't want to do, but had no other choice.

I thought the sizing was way off, items ran small, and the pictures did not portray the items accurately ( sleeve lengths were not equal, and were 3/4, not full length as the online pictures showed). The styles and items were cute and I wished they would have fit as shown in the pictures, but sadly I had to return 5 of the 6 items I'd ordered. Some items did not have human models - which would have been helpful.

Do you have loads of money, and don't know what to waste your money on? Then, this is the deal for you!
Clothing that smells heavily of tobacco smoke, have defect seams, are no-true to size or to what they appeared to look like on the web-site.

Descriptions of the tops I ordered were completely inaccurate. The cream is yellow. The pumpkin has metallic gold threads and is 100% polyester, not 100% cotton. I bought both in size XS but was shipped one in size S. Terrible.

I love to shop from Chicwish. They always have new stuff and also with good prices. This is the best place to buy beautiful clothes like they have very unique variety of skirt that you can not get elsewhere. The Quality of stuff that you get here is excellent. They have very beautiful dresses also for every occasion. I totally recommend Chicwish to everyone.

Cute and different but unwearable.way too long for anyone under 6 ' tall. Not as pictured when see it in reality. Very disappointing. Return process very complicated and don't have much confidence in that process.

Return process

I've been trying to contact them regarding an exchange I need. The numbers listed both aren't working numbers. I messaged them through facebook and instagram to no avail. My order shows as "Processing" but I already received the dress and it didn't fit. The system will not allow you to request an exchange or return unless you register for an account with them. I placed 2 separate orders and unfortunately I didn't register my account on the first order, the one with the dress that doesn't fit. Therefore, the system will not show my order and will not allow me to request a return / exchange. I'm afraid they will never get back to me and I will be out $70+ dollars for a dress that didn't fit.

I ordered a chunky cardigan which was described as 50% wool, 50% acrylic but in reality was 100% polyester, the colour was mustard in the photo but bright orange in reality and the sizing is off, very overpriced for the quality but can't be bothered to return after reading other reviews on how reluctant they are to refund. Overall best avoided as they aren't honest about description, quality and sizing.

Lovely clothes! Just too many to choose from!
Wouldn't pay full price for them, but very happy with the sale price and think it reflects the quality of the garments — skirts look as they do in pics, just feel sale price is a fairer price for the product. Would definitely shop the sale again.

All items were not delivered and I had to contact the company to point out that fact. They promised to send me the missing item. Some time has passed since I contacted them and I hope the shipment will be delivered soon (still have not received it).
In addition, one of the items actually delivered was too large so I had to return it. The return was however not free, I had to pay 90 SEK (8 USD) for the transport. Will I be refunded for that cost? The company's terms and conditions are not super clear on that.

Still have not received all items ordered and a bit crossed I had to pay postal fees on my return package.

Nice to see photos of other purchasers of the same garment - very useful in addition to the "official" (model) ones. Easy website to shop on.

I returned the skirt, it was fairly simple to do. I did not receive a full refund as £4+ was taken off for the return postage. The quality was good but it was too short. The top I bought ( with the big bow) is lovely.

It was quick and easy from when I ordered till when I got it
