My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
Easy checkout. Had to return a few skirts because of the size (too large). I have a hard time finding clothes that fit. The one I kept is absolutely beautiful and high quality.

I was hesitant to order based on all the negative reviews and BBB ratings but I took a chance. I ordered a sweater that I saw on Tik Tok and it took about 2 weeks for it to arrive. I tried to call customer service but the mailbox was full. I then emailed the email provided on their website and they provided me with tracking Info. I was nicely surprised to see that the sweater was quality and super cute and fit well. True to size. My experience was great but then again, I didn't really have any problems with sizes or needing to exchange anything. I will try them again. Reference: Ordered a size Small-Medium

Ordered a dress for an event a month in advance. Paid extra for early delivery. Company did not have in stock but did not disclose this until I put in an inquiry after not receiving any information on when item would ship. I asked for a full refund.

Wouldn't say that everything is true to size. Some items were amazing, some others good but not great. You have to think being carefully before ordering and read many reviews.
Tip for consumers:
Amazing chiffon skirt is so weirdly uneven in terms of length, I don't understand why. Had to use tailor to fix that

I have placed an order which I believe didn't went through and money taken after showing pending transaction on my bank within a couple of hours and I tried contacting them to raise the query which was dealt with by a bot which then told I will be contacted by chicwish within 1 working day and still waiting for them to reach me. Refund my money back. I can send proof of payment made and no order confirmation received and my account is showing no order placed. GIVE MY MONEY BACK

Simple to order. I was surprised when I did not find a label at the neck to help ensure I did not put the sweater on "backwards." I did figure it out and added an X at the back of the collar, using a permanent marker for future reference. Also missing was a label with the size of the sweater (in case I wanted to order more, which I do). It was a good fit and it felt well-made.
Speedy Shipment. Great Customer Service. I would definitely do business with ChicWish again. I purchased a leopard print maxi print skirt and the product looks EXACTLY as the image on the website. I base the sizing from the chart provided and ended up getting the X-Large. The skirt was a bigger than what I expected, but given the design of the skirt, I was very happy with the look and feel. I love my maxi skirt.,
Love this company… there is a whole bunch to look at. I spent days going through the site! I did order a few things, and the process through delivery was fantastic. Sadly, the description of the skirt I bought was incorrect. I was expecting pure white, but it was more like an ivory white. I didn't return it because I think I would still wear it. Just not for the event that it was intended for.
I'm 120 lbs, very busty, and 5'2". I ordered the 'Splendor of the Sunset Gradient Pleated Maxi Dress' in size Regular XS-S. It is very comfortable and is incredibly flattering! The length is *almost* too long; if you're shorter than me and aren't planning on wearing heels, definitely go petite.
It has been three weeks and my package has not arrived. The only way to contact them is through a chatbot that is completely useless. No one gets back to me

Skirt came quickly. Hope to order more colors or maybe try something else from the site. I wear a 14 size pants and ordered the L/xl. It is quite comfortable. I feel like I can dress the skirt up with a nice shirt or down with a Tshirt. Very versatile.

Needed a dress for a special occasion
I purchased a black tulle skirt for Christmas, ordered it on the 6th of December and arrived on the 19th. If I knew it would be sent with Hermes, i would have thought twice. Another issue was that I received a welcome code which never worked on my checkout. I emailed the company back and they told me it was valid for a specific amount of days (!?), then the day after I received a text reminder to use my code.
I emailed them back for a refund and they never replied.
I am in retail too & my humble opinion is that a good customer service goes a long way.
Product wise, the quality was good, protective packaging and value for money.

I was very anxious to receive this skirt as it looked so beautiful in the picture! It finally came, didn't actually take that long considering it came from China.
And I was not disappointed a bit! It is a beautiful skirt and I cannot wait to wear it. Wish I had ordered a bigger size but the L/XL was their biggest size.
With a larger size it would have looked fuller hence nicer in my view. As I am a short woman I will have to have it hemmed quite a bit shorter.
I still love it anyway!

I love my new curly lamb coat! It's so soft and fits perfectly. The quality is better than I thought it would be. Looks like real lamb but is better because it is faux! Love all my purchases from Chicwish! Shop here all the time now.
It was difficult to place my order on my phone, as I kept being told my email and then my phone number were invalid. Both are valid! So I had to hop on my desktop to make this purchase. Good thing I am a motivated buyer!
First order placed. Hoping the shipping is really fast as I would love thes itms for Christmas. Fingers crossed. The goods look really nice so im hoping they are as good as they look. Great reviews so far which is why I have placed an order.

Chicwish has a style unlike anywhere else, and the items are not only incredibly reasonable priced, but all the items I've gotten from them have been good quality that have lasted years. They have a timless feel.
While I adore the clothing, the quality is top notch and pricing is great, the shipping is such a disappointment. My order took twice as long to arrive and when it did only one of the two items arrived. I finally did receive the second item and I love it! Wish shipping was more reliable. I will try again. Perhaps this was a one off

Bought just the black mesh tulle and definitely keeping it.
I have ordered 2 clothes but both of them were not satisfiying. The color of the dress is not at all what i expected and the skirt was bad quality. The return policy is not great as it will cost half price of my order, which in the end is not great.

Be patient and be ready to pay a lot for the return because the clothes are not as on the website

I spent 3 hours on website trying to add a skirt to my cart. Website would not add it and cleared the field each time I tried. Website has problems and I could not add my third item. Too bad. Chicwish lost that on that purchase. It was 3 am and I knew phones would not be answered.
