My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. I have bought several items now and love everything that I have bought. The quality of clothing for the price is fantastic and the style fits me perfectly!
My orders have been fulfilled, the clothes have been of a high quality, there are great deals often, and I had a completely free exchange for a different size and I have been very happy with every item.

It was ok so far. But the cloth of the dress does not feel like 100% cotton as it was mentioned, and in the washing instruction there's restriction to 40°, but the cotton clothes usually does not have such restriction while washing. So I'm not sure it is totally natural cloth...
I could not locate my order number when logged in. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a link to put my order number and email in. I was able to access the link but then didn't complete the return process and the link no longer works. I need to return some of the items I ordered.
The link I was sent for returns only worked a couple of days and I am very busy and I think link expired and I am waiting to hear back to complete my return.
I like the style of the clothes.
I liked how they looked. The products did not fit me well or didn't look flattering on me but were well made and unique.
I like that options to go with the piece I am looking at are recommended.

I ordered satin button down wrap midi dress in green and the colour, the material, the sizing- EVERYTHING is perfect!
I also ordered mysterious purple floral maxi slip dress which I am dying to wear on my holiday! The material is just everything! And the colours are soo unique!

Love the style of clothes
I liked the clothes but the delivery took almost a full month! This was way off from the expected processing and delivery times listed.
After missing the return window due to a Covid quarantine, customer service made an exception when I explained what had happened and let me return a dress that didn't fit. The dress that DID fit (that starry blue maxi dress) is so stunning in person, and it is the first dress that has made me feel really beautiful in a long time. The quality is wonderful, and it's so unique— the next time I need something extra special, Chicwish is going to be my first stop. It's worth the longer shipping to get something extra special from a company I trust. I know, I was super skeptical too, but I'm so glad I took the chance because they exceeded every expectation! Qualify was at least on par with items from LOFT, probably better, and items fit true to size.
Tip for consumers:
Clothing seems true to size, and quality seems right for the price point. Allow plenty of time for shipping. Free exchanges if you do end up ordering the wrong size is a bonus. Customer service via email is great—the representatives are extremely responsive, I never waited even close to 24 hours for a response.

I love shopping here as I find the clothes very affordable and quality GREAT for the price. I love they have such unique pieces and things fit true to size. I get lots of compliments on chic wish attire and often look to them for travel clothes that photograph well and look stylish yet unique! LOVE everything I have bought and never had to return anything!
Fairly easy to order but it took longer than I expected to arrive. The product was smaller than I expected but probably Large in Asian Garments isn't the same as British sizing.
The quality is bad and not like the skirt I saw.
I was hesitant to order form ChicWish but I read a couple of positive reviews and decided to give them a try. I can only say that the whole experience has been very positive. The communication is good and the tracking is good. The skirt I purchased is terrific. I can't wait to wear it. I recommend ChicWish.

I was tempted by the good reviews and free returns and I wasn't disappointed. I could track the order throughout the delivery process and am absolutely delighted with the clothes - quality, style and fit. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately I did not like my outfit once it was delivered. I contacted the company and was given authorization to return the items. The return process went very well and I have since received a credit to my account.
I placed my order 17 days ago and it still has not shipped. There is also no active customer service available to assist. Almost $90 down the drain! Glad I didn't order more!
I ordered sunny wide legged pant and the empire angel wrapped top in white. I must like they looked just like the picture. I have only tried them on and they fit perfectly. I have yet to go out in them.
This is my first purchase and I was disappointed with the skirt as the quality of material was poor and it was too big. The return process was too difficult and expensive. I need a size medium or small.

Check sizing as I purchased a Large which was way too big as I am a size 10 in Australian skirts. Poor synthetic materials. Return policy too cumbersome and expensive for me.
When finding the right size, the information given for this dress was accurate. I chose the right size by the given information. The dress itself if light, fitting and modest. There is an invisible underskirt which provides security. I absolutely love the dress! I don't give up the opportunity to not wear it
I sent the skirt back in the original package with the shipping label, but I get a message back saying you never received it. I do not believe you. Therefore, I am out the money that I purchased it with and the shipping, so I give you a very poor review. I would like my money back. Ruth N.

Everything went smoothly, except the price was showing $29.99 the other day. When I went to pay it doubled in price! I was still curious about this company and the product.
The product itself was very disappointing. I returned it. It was difficult to do up in the back. I am in good shape, yet I needed someone else to do up the buttons in the back. The back 'flap' looked like extra material hanging. I had to pay $13 to return it, I am penalized another $5 for returning
It AND I will get a store credit. It was a costly mistake. Sadly, after I use the store credit, I will not be ordering again from this company.
The top looked pretty.
Everything went smoothly, except the price was showing $29.99 the other day. It increased by quite a bit in a few days!
Overall there were a bunch of misses on this order. I ordered the short sleeve knit top with removeable bow. My order was taking extra long to process and I had to email the company to get the order pushed through. I opened the order right away to try it and see see if it fit and the serger missed about 1 or 2 inches of fabric down the side seam and there is a big hole. I can fix it myself but I really shouldn't have to? Other than that the fabric of both the knit and the sheer cotton are nice. It's slightly sheer so wear matching undergarments and it will need a good steam or press before wearing it out. The elastic ruching at the sleeve hem isn't too tight around the arm which I like very much. Overall recommend but make sure you have a sewing machine for when quality control decides to call in sick and miss your order.

This site needs to include customer photos from a range of body sizes instead of the generic size 0 model.
