My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
The return process too complicated prob iwo t but again as order took long time and didn't have enough time to reorder once I received it
Ordering was easy, but returns are a bit complicated. While the clothes is decently made, it still very factory cut i masses. Sizing was also off.
Has cute options
Used the hat earrings a bat skirt fir witches night out. All items were delivered in a timely manner. Will shop Chicwish again.
Parcels got lost, took ages to arrive. One item I never received and the quality and fit did not work for me

I have purchased several items and appreciate the designs, patterns and styles. One concern is regarding the combined sizing -- the Small/Medium items I have purchased tend to be very large, and there aren't enough Extra Small options.
I was sceptical about using this website, but the dress arrived in a good timeframe & was of decent quality.

A disappointing first shopping experience with Cw. Poor sizing which didn't tally with the size guide (which I'd checked). Far too tight on the bust. Roomy elsewhere. Although the print is pretty and it's a nice design, I also thought the cotton fabric looked cheap. I'm afraid I wouldn't have kept it even if it had fitted.
Easy ordering process. Returned a couple of items for being too small. Would have been nice to receive a return shipping label.

Don't buy here, they will Take your money any way they can. Return cost 10€ in shipping plus 12€ in fees, which is very much Not legal.
