My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
Chicwish sent me the wrong item on an exchange and then made me jump through multiple hoops to fix the situation. This is after waiting two monthsno jokefor the exchanged item. 100% satisfaction? Right.
I had to wait a lot til I got the item. I wish there was a comment of the product. It would definitely help with choosing the right size.
I was concerned as my order took over 3 weeks to arrive plus folks had written the company was scam. However I wrote to customer service and they wrote my sweater was definitely on its way. When it arrived the sweater is BEAUTIFUL and great quality. I am very happy I did not cancel my order!

Absolutely terrible company and I will never use them again. I ordered two items last November and they got lost in the post. Chicwish agreed to send again in January and I confirmed my address. But once again it did not deliver. The address was incomplete. I asked them to resend as the items were for a gift but they would not, saying one of the items was no longer in stock. I asked them to resend the parcel that was being sent back to them but they wouldnt. I asked for compensation. Instead of any explanation that satisfied me I got a refund LESS than I had paid three months ago because of the exchange rate I assume. Also they took any points I had accumulated taken off me. Absolute disgrace and I do not recommend anyone to buy from Chicwish no matter how lovely the clothes look online
I was very satisfied with my purchase. Quality was good, customer service also. It just took longer than expected for delivery.
I brought a dress from their website, and wasn't happy with the material so returned it. I also included the RMA slip with the return package and used the return label provided through their website. Although they advertise "free returns" they were going to deduct $8 from the original $65 that I paid for the product. Its been a month since I shipped this product back, the tracking # also shows that this item was delivered to the address. I however haven't received the refund. So basically I paid $65 for a product that I don't have. This is a fraudulent website. Beware!

I wear this dancing feather dress on our family portrait and I got compliment from the lady did our shoots and after our photo shoots went straight to my son school tour don't jave time to change just wear this dress to school and I got compliments again just to exact description just a little tight when I zipped on the back. I am 130lbs. The length is perfect and my height is 5'5.

You end up with clothes you don't want or didn't order. The material is not as described and the seller doesn't offer free return! All they give you is a store credit from a store you definitely don't ever wanna order again!

30 days after order and charge to my cc I still had not recieved my order. When I emailed, many responses were in broken english and I couldn't understand wxactly what they were trying to tell me as to where it was. Finally someone responded that one item was out of stick so they dont ship any other pieces until they have them all. I wont order from them again.
Poor understanding of how to do good customer service. Feels like a language barrier since I couldn’t understand their emails in response to my inquiries. Finally someone named vicky responded and I could understand something was out of stock and they dont send any without one item. If you charge me I should have the items more timely. Or dont charge me until shipped.
I love your clothes and price points but its not worth the trouble of trying to determine if you are ever going to get your order that you were already charged for.

It looked stunning on the internet but once received it had a black ink spot front and center on the collar and also a blue pen spot from marking where buttons go or something.
Got my order quickly, like within a week. All the products were just as I expected it.
I discovered Chichwish a few years back. The first thing I ordered was a top. I was pleasantly surprised when the top arrived. The quality, stitches and the look was great.
Over the time, I ordered various stuff such as skirts, dresses etc and never regretted buying anything. My friends love the outfits I have.
The customer service is excellent. When/If you have an issue, they will get on top of it and solve it quickly.
The only issue I have is, shipping takes a long time.

If I could give a zero star i would. I got scammed so bad! I ordered two dresses but since they were going to arrive later than I wanted, I decided to cancel my purchase. Only to find NO TAB FOR THAT! So I started a refund and no customer service numbers work or are reachable. I am ordering from the US

Chicwish have followed up and have offered a US$20 store credit! Really? And a promise they will send larger size coat. It's 15th September I will let this review know when I receive new delivery and a refund of AU47.00 shipping charge I had to pay.
I purchased a fake fur coat. Arrived 3-4 weeks to Australia and was pleased with quality. However sizing was way out. I bought a medium sized based on their size chart - waaaay out. Too small. To return to USA is AU$40! This is extreme pricing and then I have to take a risk that the next size up will fit and pay for additional freight. I am so cross with the inaccuracy of their sizing. BEWARE. Would recommend SHEIN.

The filter options are terrible. Check out Shein.com as an example of fantastic filter options. On a positive note, the options for shipping are great. Returns aren't any easier/better than Shein either
Sent them an email for return label. Not hapoybi have to pay for a return label when I got my items 7 weeks later...

There are so many choices in very nice skirts and shirts it's hard to choose from. I've purchased about four skirts and four shirts to alternate with the skirts. All seem very good quality and didn't take too much additional time with the COVID pandemic to reach my door. I'll continue to shop at Chicwish for cute skirts and dressier attire!
Unfortunately I had to return a few items and had difficulty with the return paperwork, but my customer service representative, Fanya, was really amazing and helped me get the whole thing straightened out. Thank you Chicwish and thank you Fanya!
