My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I was particularly drawn to the unique styles they offer, which stand out from typical fast fashion. Their product descriptions are detailed, and the size guide was incredibly helpful in ensuring I picked the right fit. Plus, I appreciated their frequent sales, which made it more budget-friendly.
I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
The maxi skirts that I bought are beautiful. Shipping time was a little long but that was definitely stated when purchasing. I ordered 3 of the skirts, received 2 initially and waited about a week for the 3rd to arrive, rechecked my account to see if there was another shipment, my account said there was only the one shipment and the third was included. I contacted customer service and they got back to me right away with a tracking # for the 3rd. The small inconvenience and not being notified of the 2nd shipment originally is the only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars.
Placed an order on 1/31 and the products were only shipped on 2/22 from CHINA to the US. No excuse for this given the products are no doubt mass produced and sitting on a shelf. I have ordered before and while I like the products, I will never order from ChicWish again. The epitome of the slow boat from China.

Edit: Chicwish CS reached out to me and have raised my issue with their IT/Web developers.
As a gesture of good faith I have edited my rating to reflect the fact that they have reached out.
As of yet I have not recieved the goods ordered so am currently unable to reveiw products, merely my experience with them.
Original review: Monetary totals are confusing and or misleading. Tells me my total is one € amount, no visible additions on breakdown and then declares a higher € amount as total while a $ amount is quoted as exactly the same as the original euro amount.
Ordered size small. Was sent size large. The return process did work well

I loved the dress. It's great quality and very unique! The only thing I wasn't so happy with is how long it took to receive it, but due to Covid 19 Pandemic it's understandable. It really depends on the mail not Chicwish. I do recommend shopping on Chicwish!
I ordered three items from them, three maxi skirts, they delivered the wrong item, pants instead of skirt. I contact the company and they send me a return label, of course with the wrong address and not mine. Lucky the UPS office guy knows me and noticed that. We fixed it. Send the items back, 3 weeks ago and they received the merchandise and I have not received the correct items I purchased. They are not answering my emails. Last time I heard from them was a week ago and they said they will send my items that same day. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY'

Its worst site we have ever encountered, we have placed order on December 11 2023 but still no information about the order and not even a single update / delivery / no update on the customer care and chat too.
Its FAKE SITE... Please don't buy the product from this site.

Finally a skirt that fits great! Not to mention gorgeous. Its beautiful for spring and carries right into the summer for brunch, weddings, etc., or just because. Dress it up or down.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - SHIPPING TIME AND COMMUNICATION IS VERY POOR.
I ordered four items September 27. It is October 23 and I have only received 1 of those 4 of those items. I have had to contact customer service repeatedly in order to try and obtain tracking information and get an updated date of arrival. Ten days ago I was told to wait 10 days before getting a refund, and now they're telling me to wait another week. They still haven't given me any proof that this package is ever going to arrive. I ordered two coats for a trip I'm taking tomorrow... I thought a month in advance would have been more than enough. Apparently I just need to keep waiting.
I have no words to describe what shameless scamming pricks work in Chickwish. Paid over 90$ two months ago for something that I never got to receive. Not only they were not answering to my messages, but when finally somebody called Garrock (?) did, I got a fake tracking number. After that no other messages came besides another one promissing me a refund. It's redundant to say there was so no such thing as a refund. Don't fall for these $#*!ing bastards, they deserve to get sued in every way possible! Lying trash!
