My shopping experience with ChicWish was seamless. The website is well-designed, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection. I placed an order on 8/31. I heard nothing until 9/28 asking if I had received my order. I waited the 48 hours to respond letting them know I have NOT received it. I got an email back telling me that one of my items is out of stock. I asked when it would arrive and they said between "7-10 working days for restocking. And it takes 10-12 working days for package to be delivered after it's sent out". So basically I'm waiting for TWO MONTHS for something that never said it was out of stock upon ordering. Definitely would not recommend unless you don't care how many months it takes to receive an item (if it ever comes).
Excellent :) I got what I saw and the quality is excellent.
All round I will add this site to my regular clothing option list.

Love this cardigan. So versatile, can be worn all year long. It's true to size, love that I had the option of choosing no wool. Great quality, want to get the pink next!
Tip for consumers:
If wool makes you itchy then select the all acrylic option.

I enjoy shopping but feel frustrated as i would like to speak to someone re: my first purchase which arrived too late for my special day.I loved the dress and kept it. When i reported my experience i was told that i wouldget extra 10% to compensate which has been credited in my account.
My second experience of ordering 3 dresses was worse than the first as although the dresses are fab the delivery of the goods wasnt just late but was delivered and left in my garden alleyway which has no roof. I was horified to see the wet parcels- 2 dreeses arrived first and a week later the 3rd one.
There was no postcard through thr letter box either - this way any member at home could have taken it. Luckily whilst i was away i checked the email but was not at home to collect it..
I was prepared for late arrival, but I got my order within a week.

I would give them ZERO stars! I ordered my stuff March 11th for about $230.3 weeks have gone by and still have not received my shipment. The label says its USPS from California and just got notified that it hasn't even left China. I asked for my refund and they partially gave it. Will definitely dispute the charge. DON'T SHOP FROM HERE! Seems shady and definitely SCAMMY!
I received customer service support after I wrote my original review. One product was great and the other did not look good on me so I returned it. Now I am waiting for a refund.

I saw an advertisement on Facebook and I thought the clothes were cute.
Very difficult to navigate entering my order as it would not allow me to change my shipping and billing address. Also the chat with us feature sent me a message that no one was available to help.
Ordered a skirt and it arrived on time and nicely made.

6 items. That's all I ordered. They mutilated my order starting with omitting the central piece of the entire $#*!ing thing. Then, they sent me two black items when it was clearly supposed to be one black and another of the same item in white. They try to ride the Covid excuse train but it's clearly a matter of laziness and/or outright stupidity and by that moron magic they managed to turn my 6 day shipping into 11. Imagine my rage when the items I had waited for were denied me by that same moron magic. Three FURIOUS emails not yet a single response. Like so many they want to be shielded from the results of their poor performance so it's not actually shocking that their listed phone number goes straight to Voice Mail WHICH IS MOTHER$#*!ING FULL. Not only will I never do any business with these idiots again, but I will make it a lifelong point to prevent others from doing so and hopefully spare them them the rip off that was so carelessly dumped on my doorstep.

First I want to say CHICWISH has never fails me. I ordered before from them, I always get good complements from people and I always tell them where I purchased them from but never gotten to write a review, this time I feel like I have to do it. I want to say how amazing their products are starting from ordering until delivery time. I ordered three dresses oh my gosh I am speechless the dresses are wonderful true to size of course the materials are perfect feels great look great don't know what more to say CHICWISH stole my heart forever! Thank you thank you for making me feel like a celebrity!
I liked the sizing guide that allowed me to browse products suited to my shape. Products arrived in a fortnight in good condition. I found the website could be difficult to navigate at times.

If I could I would give zero stars. Shipment took near 1 month and they are not my size. The material is super cheap compared to the price you pay. I have to pay $40 to return them. However, the site looks so scammy and there is no contacts. I don't hope they will pay my money back if I return these cheap looking dresses. They do not include the shipping label in the package and it's impossible to get the shipping label from their site. Awful costumer service. DONT BUY FROM THEM.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
